My husband has a trainer, wala naman additional fee na hinihingi.

ang PT, may fee yung sessions nila sis.
pero initial 3 sessions, yung pag gawa ng program, assessment ng goals etc, free yun.
pwede ding mag ask sa kanila for help and assistance kahit hindi mo sila "personal" trainer, pero syempre, pag naka tutok sila sa clients nila (7 sessions? not sure) yun ang priority... pero very willing naman to assist and answer your queries kasi friendly and accomodating sila.

happy new year to all    ... my new year's resolution is to get fit... any1 have any promo info or tips for gold's gym glorietta and gold's gym intercon? i heard glorietta is more complete, but with all the restaurants there and god forbid haagen dazs next door, i may get derailed from my goal *LOL* ... would intercon be a safer bet?

I have stopped going to Intercon. My gym buddy kasi likes Glorietta more. so on days that we go to gym together, we are in Glorietta. Good thing din naman kasi I was able to attend cycling classes. it was the most tiring 45mins of my life hahaha  but it felt sooo good. sarap mgastretching after. I also attended yogilates sa Intercon. di ako makasabay. haha. they can do plank for mga 2min or more. ako, till 30 sec lang eh. siguro I will try again kapag medyo pumayat na ako

Kaya when I bumped into kuponon sa ebay (may promo sila sa Gold's for Php2011 for 20 visits), I immediately availed the promo!
Tsaka hanggang 12MN ang intercon, right? Sakto sa schedule ko.
Baka next week pa dumating yung certificate ko...
Meron din ba ditong newbie sa Gold's na makakasabay ko?

yes sis till 12MN sa Intercon. except on weekends na till 9pm yata? verify mo na lang sis.
sayang bihira ako mag workout sa intercon lately, sabayan sana kita.
kanina, lumabas ako nung lunch break for a quick leg workout sa Alabang -- natyempuhan ko si Aga M. hahaha. I shook his hand and told him that I'm glad that he's working out in our gym and found out na client pala sya since 2006. I complimented him na that's how he maintains his physique -- and asked for a picture for posterity! bwahahaha.

ok lang yun, normal lang to feel self concious sa simula.. but then pag nag tagal, you'll realize na may sarili sariling mundo ang mga tao sa gym na nag woworkout so just focus on your goals and enjoy!

yung sales ang in-charge sa rates eh so i think the best thing to do is talk to your sales assistant.. but then again, mababa pa rin yung rate mo -- our corporate rate namin dito sa office eh parang mas mataas pa sa rate mo
