Been working out for a week na sa GG Galeria, so far so good. Si Kat ang PT na nagassist sakin and she will give me my program on Monday. My bf has Carl for his PT and ayos naman daw although di masyado ineexplain ang mga dapat. Si Kat kase she explains everything in full detail (hanggang sa cholesterol content mayonnaise and how many calories you will get in a burger etc.) she also discussed the benefits of developing muscles to combat fat. Saya!

Nakakainspire magworkout pag may kasama ka, my bf and i motivate one another and pushes ourselves to the limit lalo na sa elliptical machine. Padamihan kami ng strides and pahirapan ng program. We will weigh ourselves next Sunday and see who's the biggest loser. The one who wins gets to treat the other for a massage/pedi/facial.

We work out at 8am to 11am. Mostly walang tao kase nasa office na lahat.

Mga sis, do you guys also work out in the morning? Magchikahan naman tayo! Napansin ko kase mga tao dun hindi nagpapansinan hahaha! I respect their privacy pero for me, mas masarap magjog ng may kakwentuhan kase di mo napapansin yung oras.

i'm glad that you enjoy working out at golds.
i used to pass by gold's alabang before going to the office at 6;15am till 7:15 then sugod na sa work. energizing talaga.
if may time naman ako, sa gold's intercon -- kasi cozy at konti lang kumpetensya sa weights (i live near makati and work at alabang kasi)
tama si sis hushbaby.. classes are fun too kaya join na sis turquoise!

iba ibang branches siguro iba ibang culture, sa intercon, since maliit lang, nag sma smile naman at nakikichika ang mga tao if ever magstart ka ng conversation (usually sa locker room may mga naging new friends din ako -- or [textspeak!] iba, sa classes, pag consant "classmate" na sila, ayun, bonded na) it's good you have your boyfie to motivte you.. minsan din masaya motivate mo sarili mo. try freeweights sis. works better than just plain cardio.

ive been an elite member of golds gym for over a year via corporate. Im not sure though kung kasama na ba dun [textspeak!] pool privileges ng intercon. If not how could i avail of it and how much po kaya un? tia

^for me glorietta. mas kumpleto dun shempre. marami lang tao meaning marami kang kaagaw sa equipment so magaantay ka talaga.

re:intercon, call up em em and tell them nireffer kayo ni rissa (asawa ni daniel) part owner asawa ko sa golds franchise na intercon, galleria, alabang, wilson, holiday inn, timog and yung future the fort.. she might be able to give you a good price.
re: glorrieta, look for emil enero -- sa sales din yun.

pasyalan nyo both intercon and glorrietta, then you decide which gym fits your need.
ako preffer ko yung intercon kasi mas konti ang tao and andun na lahat ng kailangan ko.
