hindi mabenta... kaylangan ng malaking puhunan para marami at iba't ibang items

mas mura pa rin iyong galing divisoria which is almost the same as what i'm selling

how about importing capsules and medicines kaya? is it the same process for clothes or you need to get papers from bfad?

yes, you need papers from BFAD kasi gamot at cosmetics yan
else, your shipment will be confiscated by customs

I think 10k is not enough to start an importing business, most kasi sa alibaba wants a FCL or madami yung minimum quantity nila.  Nakakatakot pa parang paiba iba ang sagot nila, di mo alam kung totoo or hindi.

They can quote you C&F pero pag dating dito yung customs naman natin ang papatay sayo.  A friend tried to import 14 pcs of Abecrombie and Fitch shirt, sinigil siya ng tax na 4k, mas mahal pa sa actual item, so di din niya mabenta.

I ask a friend na may kilalang cargo company, ang singil is 8.5k for 1 cbm na sukat.

aww.. so kunwari yung ph338, pag iniimport yun dito satin, may BFAD paper talaga sila? ang panget naman kasi ng site ng BFAD, parang di gumagana. (or is it only me?mabagal lang connection ko)

normally, Alibaba sellers quote an FCA Hongkong and yes they require an MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).

if you're really interested in this kind of business, then go to AliExpress, this is much more like Amazon where you can buy per piece or per lot of only 3pcs to 12pcs.  Payment is thru Paypal and protected by Escrow.  Meaning, you will pay for the item + shipping cost but Escrow will hold your payment.  When you received the goods, just return on AliExpress and release the payment thru Escrow.

ang mga online sellers ay nakuha sa mga MLM ng item na binebenta nila.  iyong mga supplements po ay paninda ng mga MLM company.  just be a member of one MLM company at magkakaroon ka na ng item na ibebenta.  and yes, they submit samples to BFAD before importation.
kaya meroong seal of BFAD ang mga medicines & supplements outside.  iyong walang seal or fake are imported illegally.

as i said above, the company will submit samples.  so ang gagawin ng company they will create the perfect sample and submit to BFAD. once nakuha na nila ang approval to import they can revert back to the manufacturing specs where deviation happens.
BFAD should be vigilant in doing random checking to ensure that all items being sold in the market adhere to the same samples given to them during inspection.

^---hindi na need, unless you'll be putting up a physical store.  BIR at DTI naman ang hahabol sa'yo nyan kasi all business with signage should have a permit.

^ hmm.. naconfuse ako sis.. so anong mga papeles ang kailangan kunin sa bfad? because you said earlier, we need to secure papers from BFAD to avoid confiscation. e paano naman sis kunwari di naman sikat yung medicine na iimport mo, tapos order ka ng 50 bottles, hindi na ba yun haharangin? sayang naman kung maconfiscate lang.

go here for all info regarding BFAD registration.  based on what i read, only licensed companies can apply for product registration and that's the paper you need to show customs when importing.

50 bottles will surely raise eyebrows and questions when it pass thru customs. hindi yan makakalusot, for sure confiscated yan.
