i'm working hard naman and i'm paying for my investment. hindi kasi ako maka-ipon kapag hindi agad binabayaran.. so ngayon, na-force ako sa investment ko.. at least may napupuntahan yung sweldo ko.. di lang puro bags, shoes, at kung anong anik anik pa jan.

so ngayon, i have a property investment (i won't mention nalang kung saan. hehe) and i'm 27 years old.

Ok lang yan sis. Mahirap naman talaga pag may pinapaaral at sinsupport ka. Yaan mo, makakaraos ka rin. Besides, good karma yan. Magtabi ka nalang kahit papano. Kahit 1k or 2k in 1 month, pwede na. Ang mahalaga, kahit pano, may ma-save ka. Mahirap din kasi pag wala kang pang-emergency. Lalo kung ikaw breadwinner sa family mo, walang magsupport sa kanila if ever.

me naman, the assets I have right now are mostly coming from the hardwork of my parents. I am only child so I am striving hard to have some assets that come from my own earnings..

Right now, I have 5-figure savings and 4-figure earnings coming from the business I just started (the money of the business is separated).

I am turning 23 years old on december..

Thanks Sis, kasi naman breadwinner din ako, I'm supporting my Family. 70% of what I earn goes to my Mom.

tama si sis yaskulet...sis damen...may perfect timing for everything...once you clear yourself from debts, para kang mabubunutan ng tinik...ganyan din ako before...2007 when my  mom was confined due to stroke attack...and i suffered a lot, in terms of money...para lang makasurvive mom ko...lahat ng savings ko, nalimas, and negative pa [textspeak!] balik sakin since nagkautang-utang ako...it was just last year bago ko tuluyan na-wipe out as in 0% na talaga [textspeak!] debts ko...and then from there, nagstart na talaga ako mag-ipon for some investments...not just savings but invest talaga para mapalago sya...we always learn from those experiences kaya may time din na makakaraos din tayo for sure ^_^

i'll be 23 next month.. i didnt save up nung college dal well off pa kami during that time. i've been working for a yr na in a call center.. i tell you, payout's not big from our company so talagang paycheck to paycheck. celebrated my anniv sa company this oct. i started saving up [seriously] on aug 15, '10 and ive 60k++ savings come december 15 based on salary alone. on top of that nakabili na din ako bnew na e71 worth 11.6k and lhr package sa asian. i also support my bro on some of his college expenses like monthly payment for dorm and cp bill since sa manila sya nagaaral. i still live with my parents kasi mas convenient. i started load and loan biz sa office na rin..

so lesson? just live within your means and dont 'upgrade' your lifestyle just because you got a bonus from office or u earned this, that from this, that sideline. just be frugal. treat yourself paminsan-minsan.
