at least it's a long way from last 6 months na almost zero ang net worth ko. nagpursigi akong mag-save at bawasan ang mga utang ko. maraming freelance projects din kasi kaya nakatulong tumaas ang net worth ko.

My tip lang which I learn from my dad is

When you get your salary, SPEND WHAT IS LEFT AFTER YOU GET YOUR SAVINGS. From there, pagkasyahin mo na yung matitira lahat after mo mabawas yung sa savings mo. and di mo mapapansin, malaki na pala pera mo sa bank. I was taught how to save as early as I have my own baon sa school na. Lalo na businessman dad ko and my mom's family rin. so natuto ako magipon and magtipid.

Nag isip ako sa thread na Ito ah, I guess Kung sa pinas kmi mlaki na rin worth nmin ni hubby, but since dito kmi sa states Parang wala Lang , both working [textspeak!] kmi ni hubby, ako nurse si hubby NSA military naval officer pero middle rank pa [textspeak!] . Whatever we have from hard work , no business no inheritance , we have a house my may equity na kmi ditto worth $150 k, we fully paid our 2cars, my retirement savings ako from work Mga $ 400 k na rin, si hubby din may retirement savings almost the same, chk acct namin $20 k, savings acct $25 k,  money market acct. $60 k, may Mga $2-3 k na credit card debts .. Ngayon [textspeak!] ako nag bilang, hehe. Both me and hubby mid 30s
