Ano ang rates? I'll try to check it din out pag nagawi ulit ako ng Rizal, but any additional info would be great.

@summersong  sis. hahaha puro barako makikita mo sa pictures nila. pero may mga sis din tulad natin.

sa umaga moslyt ng boboxing yun iba. yun mga medyo mga mom natin nag aeaerobics sila pag umaga.
may mga pang gabi rin na sisters na nag woworkout.  they have boxing at aerobics. may shower room din b ut sad to say tig isa lang each for male and female. may locker din naman kaso its like old locker na kaya sa may table or sa bench namin nilalagay yun gamit. safe naman eh.


kakapagod kagabi mag workout. will see if mag boboxing na rin ako . lol. sana kayanin ko. and inspired to be more fit dahil kay mr crush. fit siya at serious into working ouyt. minsan nakikita ko ng boboxing siya

... exp. na kinilig ako. while im doing sit ups at yun leg raise. he helped me. gosh kahit pawisan siya he looks yummy and smell fresh. parang papa P at angelika peg lang scene namin sa movie "every breath you take" ..

I recommend SkyHigh Fitness Gym.
Its a 3 storey Building near Gil Fernando along tapsi ni vivian papuntang Marikina.
Very modern their facilities and they also got TrX and yung 360 ata.
I visited the gym and Im impressed withnthe facilities and equipments.
Kaya agad agad ako nag enroll Although monthly lang kinuha ko kasi goal ko is to have a baby kaya monthly lang muna. P1500 lang monthly. tapos kapag 3 months ata 3200. pag 6 months 6k with free 1 month tapos pag 1 year 10k. Kaka start lang namin mag zumba kanina. In fairness sa instructor very lively sya They also have sauna pero dipa open. Let me know sisters ha. looking for gym buddy also

if you are familiar sa tapsi ni vivian malapit sa sta.lucia dun yun hindi naman sya totally sa marikina. boundary ng cainta and marikina

Minsang nadaanan ko yang Skyhigh gym kaso nagmamadali ako kaya di ako nakasaglit to check the facilities. It's along Tuazon lang so malapit siya sa mga taga-Cainta na nakatira sa may border ng Pasig, Marikina, at Antipolo (think Marcos Hi-way at Imelda Ave.). Ok sa akin na isolated sya from malls and eateries para less temptation na kumain after exercise.

Hoping to check out Skyhigh and Vista gyms very soon.

Must try talaga yung sky high fitness gym. Went there yesterday and maganda talaga facilities at equipments nila. Gusto ko na nga try yung synrgy360 nila kaso wala pa ko pang enrol. Siguro walk in muna ako. Looking for gym buddy din.
