hi sis ! We are also getting married sa AP. I think (di ko sure about this) pero pwede submit the requirements 3 months before the wedding tapos yung balance for the rent ng chapel/church is one month before wedding.

Im also a BER month bride pero since mabagal si bro mart, balak ko puntahan siya to get the forms. kakaloka pero buti nalang malapit lang kami sa AP.

Super kulitin lang dapat si bro. mart ng bonggang bongga keep us posted sis

But before you can get the forms, you have to send him some details diba. Like parish name, priest,  officiating priest, etc. Listed at the back of the church requirements list Bro. Mart provided.

To those who just got the forms, are these details mentioned in the forms you got from AP?

You can check with your respective parishes if may specific timeline sila for wedding banns and pre-cana seminars. Also, check with your officiating priest kung may additional requirements and if preferred nila to have the wedding banns and pre-cana seminar before the canonical interview. In this way, you can set a target date to get the forms from Bro. Mart. I suggest that you talk to Bro. Mart in the morning. Mas madaling hagilapin si Bro. Mart sa umaga kaysa sa afternoon. hehe

I am getting married this April sa AP. We got our forms last November and was able to complete the requirements ng February. We started processing it mga January lang. :p Kaya naman ng one month processing but it's better to plan ahead of time to avoid any problems that might delay yung submission.

I emailed the details required to Bro. Mart just last night and he replied this morning na I can pick up the forms na daw. Nagulat nga ako because I expected matagal sya magrereply.  December pa wedding namin, so lot of time to complete the documents. Will ask fiance to see him in the morning to get the forms.  Thanks all!

Already booked AP for our 01/18/2014 wedding! Happy.. Yay! Though I am having second thoughts, nireserve ko na rin ang Legend Villas for our reception.
