Surigao and Siargao

@mrs. sweet... We availed the Sugba Lagoon and Island Hopping tour from "My Siargao Guide". Sa Bravo Siargao sila naka-base. One thing I really liked about them is yung hindi nila paggamit ng single use plastics (cups, spoons, forks, plates). Reusable ang gamit nila and they promote sustainable tourism.

Yung Magpupungko naman namin. Nagrent kami ng motorcycle para ma-experience din namin. Ang saya! Kasi maluwag ang roads! Super ingat lang dapat kasi ang dami naming nakitang foreigners na sumesemplang.

marami na talaga vehicular accidents sa siargao. nung January 1, 2 vehicular accidents, 4 ang namatay. those who are renting vans, please remind the drivers na dahan dahan lang and huwag sobrang bilis magpatakbo

I only have 1 full day to spare for a tour, which is better, Sugba Lagoon+Kawhagan Island or the 3 Island Hopping?

Our another day there would be spent in Magpupungko and Cloud 9 area.

^ Ohhh, Kawhagan Island sounds new! Suggestion ko is go with the Sugba Lagoon + Kawhagan! We enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding and exploring Sugba Lagoon. Yung 3 island hopping medyo common naman sya. Tsaka medyo hirap din magswim kasi maalon (we went there last week of January 2018).

Your itinerary sounds good! Tamang chill and explore lang. Don't forget to try out the pizza at Kermit Siargao (tip is magbook with them a day or two before kasi ang dami lagi kumakain especially dinner time).

hi sisses,

i was able to book siargao for 3k rt for 2 pax, but the problem is they suddenly change the
 sched so  when i rebook it pangit na yung time, before i  have 2 days to go on tour but now  one day na lang

i was torn if refund na lang or ituloy ko pa since mura yung fare

second question is one day tour na lang so ano mgandang piliin ko

help im reaqlly torn if to refund or  rebook and if GO naman what tour?

Why not choose and earlier date/time of arrival?

Would you know mga sis kung may paparating pang seat sales to Siargao?  Naka-book na kami ng resort for late December.  Inisip ko kung mag-book na din ng flight or hintay pa onti baka may sale.

My bf and I booked promo tickets to Siargo this June and still finalizing our itinerary. Hope you can help me out with some queries:

1. Is it worth it magstay sa Club Tara? Plan sana namin overnight dun but we are getting mixed reviews about the room and facilities. We plan to stay sa water villa with jacuzzi.

2. Between Sugba Lagoon and Sohoton Cove, which do you prefer? We plan to skip one of these tours sana as gusto sana namin chill vacation. But if maganda naman both spots, we can adjust our itinerary.

3. Madami pa rin bang stingless jellyfish by end of May to June? I know mahaba ang byahe to Sohoton and this is our main motivation to visit the site.

Loved Siargao!  Babalik kami dito.  We spent 5 days there last month and super chill, fun, relaxing vacay.  Sarap ng food, saya to go around town on a motorbike, friendly locals and the resort we stayed at was more than we expected.  And kahit madaming foreigners, it didn't feel crowded like Bora.
