Surigao and Siargao

kathwalks: From Surigao City, nag-bus kami to Butuan, then van to Mangagoy, Surigao del Sur.. I will post our itinerary in my blog in the coming days. i will let you know once it is up.

hi girl talkers.. sino may alam how much ang boat ride from the Hayangbon pier to Bucas grande (club tara).. may sked po ba ang travel?? punta kasi kami ng march.. kung may alam sa inyo or even contact person para makipagnegotiate na kami, can you please PM me. thanks.

^sis i don't know yung sked or fare from hayangabon to bucas grande but i've been to club tara. we were from dapa then sumakay kami boat from dapa to bucas grande. nag ikot ikot, then boat again going to club tara. yung club tara kasi is parang naka separate talaga na resort. if may private boat, pwedeng direct na kayo sa club tara.

^^ sis sabi ng club tara, the banca ride is 1,000 per person per way going to bucas grande.. Whetherthey arrange it or nitfortheir guests, 1,000 daw talaga yung rate.  Only the van rate varies from the airport going to Hayangbon port

^true, ang mahal nga.. nagcocompute ako, almost a night stay na yung equivalent ng transfers to and from the airport  kaso wala naman ibang option

We usually rent a banca to go to Bucas Grande. The one we get costs us 5k php for the entire day. That's a big banca good for 12 people na even if there's just 4 or 6 of us. I don't recommend getting a smaller one as the sea can get rough.

waaah sobrang mahal naman nung boat! huhu. 2 lang kami going on Dec 28-30. Club Tara din kami, pero gusto ko sana kuha na ng tour then drop off namin to Club Tara after the tour para isang bayadan na lang kasi 1000 per head per way kung sa Club Tara, wala pa yung tour na 3,500 for 3 hours lang.
Meron kayang mga available na boat at Hayangabon Pier for Sohoton Cove/Island tour?

even if it's not the ccp's promo, nung nag inquire ako sa kanila a couple of months ago, di talaga kasama sa room rates ang transfers  ang mahal di ba.. hayyyyy..

day 1 arrive surigao city at 1pm, catch 4pm boat to socorro
day 2 do tour in am (sohoton cove et al), catch 1pm boat/ferry to dapa
day 3 do half day tour of the 3 islands
day 4 leave dapa for surigao city

Paykaw means your gonna take everything, parang wholesale. What I mean dun sa boat is,  incase hindi namin maabutan yung passenger boat, we'll just rent a whole boat. May contact kaba dun? Sure ba yung 3x a day at 4pm schedule? Di pa ako nakatawag sa DOT Surigao to confirm. 

Kami sa feb 9 na alis.. ala pa rin booking. hehe.. saan kayo tutuloy sa bucas grande at siargao?

Hello, galing kami last December. Since super mahal nga ng pick-up service ng Club Tara, nagbakasakali na lang kami to go on our own and luckily, when we were at Hayangabon Pier, may isang bangka with a family going to Bucas Grande. We just joined them. We paid 1000PHP yung one-way (initially 1500, tumawad na lang kami kasi may iba pa naman passengers). Included na dun yung tour - tiktikan lake, mini-white sand beach near the area, and sohoton cove(though mag rent pa kayo ng smaller boat para makapunta sa sohoton cove), and drop-off kami sa club tara. Sobrang sulit na compare sa 3,000php one way trip ng club tara.
The next day, nag half-day tour kami sa bolitas cave and crystal cave for 500php then 1000php ulit kami pabalik ng hayangabon pier

^ sis hulog ka ng langit! Hehe! I-save ko na number ni kuya sammy.. Thank you! Sa March punta namin sa Club Tara e and super napapaisip ako sa transfers nila. Napapaisip kase ako kung magbabakasali naman kami ng kami lang mag aarrange ng boat, baka wala kami abutan. Sayang ang time..

booked manila-butuan for 6 days. ang mahal ng ticket kahit sale - pero go na! bet ko talagang makita ang surigao + siargao + butuan in a fine weather. mahirap pag rainy season eh..

this part of Caraga Region interest me when i've seen it on TV. i want to visit the enchanted cave and tinuy-an falls.  where is this specifically located? surigao del sur ba? pano papunta dun, i mean direct flight from manila to surigao ba dapat?
