Anyone here who has separated from her husband applied for a UK visa and got approved? I had a devastating experience with the French embassy where they even asked why my ex-husband is not joining the trip and eventually denied my application. All I want is to travel - alone - like I used to when I was still single.

Interesting.. meron ba dito naka experience na inabot ng 15days yung processing ng UK Tourist visa? I submitted my documents July 4, including the documents of my parents. Its been 11 working days. Nakakakaba pala habang inaantay. Isang beses lang nag text sa yung vfs, i paid 150 for the SMS update, until now waiting pa ko sa status ulet. I am crossing my fingers positive sana

^ good luck sis! I paid for sms service din and twice ako naka receive ng sms. first nung na lodge na application then last yung may result na.

Hi mga sis, sorry just have to ask if meron sa inyo naka experience na ma deny with UK business (general) visit visa? or may kakilala? provided lahat ng company as such, ano pa kaya the other reasons? wala na kasi ako mahanap sa web, mostly denied for tourist visits lang - baka meron specifically denied for training/business purposes....

anyway gusto ko lang kasi maiwasan ma deny, will be applying for business visit visa soon..

Hi mga sisses. Ask ko lang what to wear on the day of your appt in vfs? I know dapat with collar ang shirt, are maong pants allowed or may dress code na dapat sundin?

^Any will do as long as decent. I was there last month and I was wearing a tshirt, jacket and jeggings.

Hi, good day! Would like to ask for help pls. I?m done with the uk visa application form and paid online already. I have the unique gwf reference number too. My question is sa booking for appointment ng biometrics and documents sa customer details iba yun reference number na mag appear. Ganon po ba talaga? Like my gwf is with 9 digits while sa pre populated it starts with ?F? with 11 digits. Pls advise. Thank you!

Hello. Hindi ko pa tapos yung visa application ko. Pwede na ba ako gumawa ng para sa anak ko? Same account

Kasi yung sa Australia noon parang pwede ako gumawa kahit hindi pa tapos. Pwede masave yung mga ibang applications eh.  Hindi ko kasi makita yung option na ?applying for someone?.

Also may nakatry na ba na mag apply as family pero yung sa isang person lang yung may priority or expedite?  Kahit sa sms service, plano namin isa lang may sms service. Hehe

who has tried self-uploading documents instead of availing the service offered by vfs?  if you uploaded the documents yourself, did you have to bring the uploaded documents with you on the day of your appointment?  or you just brought your passport?  and did you experience any problems uploading your documents?

^yup, wala akong plane and hotel bookings na sinubmit. But meron sa application form kung saan ka magsstay etc kaya nilagay ko yung itinerary namin.

Nagself upload din ako but may iba ako gusto sana ilagay, parang nagloloko yung site kaya i stopped uploading then nagavail na lang din ako sa kanila. Mas convenient kasi ang bilis ng scanner nila. You can bring naman your uploaded docs. Mas maganda dala mo lahat. Nagprint din ako ng simpleng itinerary as in ganito...

Aug 15-18 edinburgh

Aug 18-20 scotland

Ganyan lang kasimple.  Kasi cramming na ako
