^Unemployed sya now e although we have a small business right now...don muna kasi kami nagfocus...siguro talagang mahigpit na sila ngayon, kasi nagbackread ako may iba naman pala na naapprove kahit unemployed...kasi kung sa gastos naman sa pagstay don, mom naman nya yung magshoshoulder, and may savings and properties din naman kami na pinakita...

Sisses, anybody here who has applied for a UK visa in Europe? I'm currently living in Spain and I would like to visit London next weekend.

cleslie05aj Based from my mom's experience na napa-airport to airport (10+ years ago na ito) because she has some leafleats from a teaching council, though wala naman talaga siya balak mag-stay dun gusto nya lang tingnan kase my aunt lives in Scotland.  I think aside from walang job si hubby the fact na training for a council baka feeling ng immigration officer he will stay there.

My mom pala kaya daw siya na-question kase 6 months ang ticket nya (she has a job sa pinas ha, naka-unpaid leave sya) dahil inisip nya sulitin na ang stay sa UK and bantayan nya na din nephew ko sa UK. Na-question sya sa Heathrow, then after a while okay na, tinawagan ng IO aunt ko tapos me place naman to stay, may pera kami to support her stay.. tapos chineck ang bag nya.. nakita ang teaching leaflets because of that hindi sya napayagan to go to Scotland.  Baka daw kase mag-stay siya illegally ng Scotland! Prior to that pala, my mom has been to the UK na (mga 5 years ago naman before that incident).

pahabol.. I think apply for the correct visa kung ano man ang intention ni hubby. if its to visit his mom then tourist visa, if its training then apply work/business..

I have a family visit visa valid until December of this year, it is under my old passpport which is under my maiden name. I need to renew my passport this year as it is still the machine readable one but it will now bear my married name. will my visa still be valid when i go to the UK?

Can I book the appointment over the phone even before submitting the application?

Because the new online application requires me to enter the travel date and since I will be traveling mid July I can't submit the form yet. And I need to book an appointment so I can also schedule my Schengen visa appointment afterwards.

^ they usually won't accept any appointments and applications prior to 3 months before the travel date.

Hi! Girls.  At last I already applied for UK Visa. Grabe! it takes almost 5 hrs to finish the visa processing. 9am appointment, naka labas ako 1:30.   1 hr for submission, checking of docs & Biometric and 3 hrs waiting :-/. I will know the result after 3 weeks daw.  Crossing my finger sana ma approve.

^tagal nga ng waiting time kaya mga sis if may appointment kayo, magdala kayo ng reading material unless may kasama kayo

Been there twice na, depending on the seqason, the wait can be upto 5 hours due to the volume of people but there was another time nasa 1 hour waiting game lang ako.

^If I may, very straightforward ang UK Visa requirements- they have a specific list kung ano ang documents they will honor. Madali lang, compared sa Schengen. As for the waiting time, pay extra for VIP na lang if ayaw mo mag-wait and schedule the first slot in the AM.

^Major basis ba sa kanila yung bank statements? D kasi ako liquid, mostly kasi nabili na ng items/products sa biz ko. I have travelled quite a few na din naman, first lang itong sa UK. I'm holding a valid US visa 10y M, and just recently travelled to Oz and Italy. What are my chances? D ko na lang itutuloy pag malabo LOL

^ you can show other documents like land/house title, car ownership, etc to reinforce your financial standing if you are worried. also submit your business documents.

i think hindi naman super strict with the financial side, dapat lang you can show that you can afford the trip plus incidentals just in case something happens. you can also show your credit cards pala

^^No sis, wag ka matakot. I know some people na wala din masyado savings but with a stable job but approved- pakita mo lang business credentials mo. 😊 Naman Mrs. Sweet, I highly doubt na madecline ka 😁 Go!!!

hi mrs. sweet I just filled out a UK visa application form and as our sisses said as long as you can fund the trip i think okay lang even not so liquid. may tanong sa form how much do you have to fund the trip and how much is the cost of the trip. pati cost ng airfare tinanong.

then show documents to prove na you have ties sa home country mo.
