sorry, i mean dec 13. i called them na and malamang hindi aabout since last day nila is dec 23 or something so no choice but i have to do the priority visa so i cant surely get it before they close for the holidays and before i leave for abroad.

I also wished I qualified for the Visa Priority Service. I have not been to the countries mentioned on their website in the last three years to avail of this kind of service. I also am wary about my Visa Application as I am nearing my departure date.

Priority visa service may qualifications pa sis. But if qualified ka gawin mo na.

Sis for tourist lang naman. The funds that I have to show can be a combination of cash naman and credit cards right? Kasi that's how I plan naman to fund for my trip tapos I'll just pay off the credit card bills with my coming salaries. I was thinking kasi baka I need to show all the funds I need in cash agad.

^ yup, i qualify naman but i just don't to shell out extra 4200 for that service but it seems that it is the way to go.

anyone tried for visiting family visa? i am going this route as hubby is british and i am baffled by it as it seems to be a bit more complicated that the usual tourist visa. though we are applying for the 2 years o save on money.

^ my hubby is british but we are not planning on settling in the UK kasi, visit visit lang so I can't do that because I have to stay in the UK for a long time

Re: priority visa. Pano yun? Anong qualifications? Which countries yung dapat napuntahan within the past three years?

^It means you qualify for priority visa processing.  You have to pay extra for this service.

^ yes, you should get your passport back in 1-2 working days. i guess that means that one of the bases (travel history) is covered and it also means that you passed their security tests para less background check for them.

will be doing this as my appointment is on the 13th and i'm traveling again on the 28th. will let you know how it went.

Sisses, question on the visa application. Upon visiting the VFS website to schedule an appointment, hanggang December 21, 2012 na lang for this year ang mayroon silang schedule and hindi pa open ang schedule for next year. March 27, 2013 ang planned schedule ko for going to the UK. Is it too early for me to lodge my application on the 21st or okay lang yun?

^ sis, you can't apply pa kasi it's more than 3 months before your departure date.

^ what country ka mag apply ng schengen visa? but with the looks of it, you have to apply on both sa january pa para hindi ka maipit.

anybody submitted their documents recently? matagal ba? the last time i did, parang 4 hours kami nag antay. my appointment is tomorrow.
