^ Sis, every 12th day of my cycle ako nagpapa-FM. Dapat by then, if meron ka na at least OK follicles (15-19mm) or GOOD follicles (20-28 mm). Pwede na itrigger yung mga ganyang sizes, pero sabi ni OB, mas okay if more than 20mm. This month at Day 12, I have 2 mature follicles sized at 22mm and 23mm, tapos nagpositive ako sa OPK ng Day 14. I still triggered ng Day 15 para sure.

^good to hear sis na umayos na si Dra. Hindi na Nya sana maulit yung nangyari sakin. I have not had myself properly checked pa pero hoping na walang masamang epekto sakin yung nangyari. I used to have really thick uterine walls before that, much to the adoration of the FM Ob.. sana Hindi numipis as shared by sis crzszycl.

Yes sis, Clomiphene Citrate (any brand) can really affect our lining. Yung sakin, madalas 8mm yung lining ko, pero may times na nag 6.something sya, kaya pinainom ako ng pampakal ng lining to aid the implantation naman.

^remember sis i had 3x more than the recommended dosage. I'm 5'0", 39kgs.

We only did one tvs (healthway) and at CD19 may new follicles pa ko na nag form. May almost 4cm yung iba "normal sized ". We decided to stay clear of doctors muna for a while kasi nadala Kami. Thankfully, wala naman mas grabeng symptoms so Hindi na ko nagpadala sa hospital. Nawalan rin yung extreme bloatedness ko after a week. May iba raw kasing kaso na fatal- tubig sa lungs, ganyan level.

Ay grabe sis. Don't know dun sa mga dr na ganito Kung sobrang desensitized na ba sila na nawalan na sila ng pake. Hay.

4th OB ko si Dra Israel sis. Ang bilis ko nga raw nabuntis sabi nya, hindi ko expected kasi nung 3rd cycle ang alam ko magkaka AF na ako and I was even thinking na magpahinga muna sa work up kung sakaling failed uli. Yes sis wala sya ultrasound machine sa clinic, she'll ask you to go to slmc for FM. Yung serophene sa kanya kami bumibili kasi madalas oos sa mercury drug.

Glad to know walang naging adverse effect yung pag inom mo ng clomid sis. Katakot yung tubig sa lungs. 😥

^Hi sis! Yes I gave birth nung July 18, tried normal kaso hindi nag progress yung dilation ko so I ended up on CS. Si Dra Israel nagpaanak sa akin.

^ah ok, akalain mo nakaraos kana. Parang kelan lang. Ienjoy mo yan pagiging mommy mo. Hehe. Sis can you give me some advice, i'm torn deciding between visit new OB or ipatanggal ko muna endo ko. I knew we have the same case, endo and si hubby may varicocele. Baka kasi if i visit new OB ganun ulit start sa meds, fm etc. Alam mo yun uulitin na naman.

^Hehe, oo nga sis parang kelan lang. If I may ask sis, infertility specialist ba current doc mo? Kung hindi kasi sis alam ko iba approach ng infertility specialist. If yes naman, I think OK din humingi ng opinion sa ibang OB muna. Naalala ko kasi dati sabi ni dra israel hindi nya nirerecommend yung pills or any form of contraceptive for endo treatment kasi hindi magmemens in short no chance to conceive din, not sure though kung case to case basis. Ngayon sis family planning naman kami, bawal ako mapreggy agad since CS ako. Hindi nirecommend ni doc ang pills sa akin. Meron din kasi sya patient na ang tagal daw naka pills, kung kelan gusto na mag baby, hindi na nag oovulate.

^bakit ka CS? hehe, yup sis specialist siya, si Dra. Aguilar yun last ko, pero nauna OB lang talaga,pinagpills nga ako nun para sa endo. then after a year wala pa rin nagdecide ako lumipat ng infertility specialist. Kaso hindi rin ako napreggy pero nagoovulate naman ako sa meds. kahit IUI hindi gumana tapos nun namin nalaman na may problem si hubby kahit nabuntis niya naman ako naturally. yun last OB ko na si Dra Aguilar kasama sa plan na aalisin niya endo ko kaso may problem si hubby kaya instead of eliminating endo, IVF na agad. last stage na yun. varicocele din case ni hubby, nagtry din siya meds pero walang effect. kaya si Uro nag agree na magIVF kami instead of operation. ayun. hehe. thanks

^hindi nag progress dilation ko sis, eh nauna pumutok water bag ko so ayun na-CS hehe. ay ganon ba sis, sayang di nagwork yung meds sa hubby mo. clomid din tinake nya?

^uro yun nagbigay sa kanya ng meds, tamofixen eh not sure kung same ding ng clomid. Sobrang baba ng count niya nasa 16M below lang. Ako naman nagrerespond sa meds. Umaasa na lang ako sa miracle sis na one day darating din siya in God's perfect time. 😊

^ah iba ata yon sis. ask mo OB mo sis baka mag work sa kanya clomid. alam ko yung isang bro natin na patient din ni doc israel may varicocele sya and nag clomid din sya. ganyan din counts ni hubby noon sis bago sya nag clomid, 16M. True sis, pag will talaga ni God walang makakapigil. 😊

^Yes sis. Nung nag 16M counts ni hubby, saka lang kami nagpacheck sa uro. Before that kasi liquefaction time ang prob. Almost 2yrs ttc na kami that time. Tapos nag clomid sya 1 tab for a month, ayun normal counts na since then. Re Doc Israel's sched, Mon-Sat except Thursday and holidays 10am-2pm room 303
