^I don't think so sis PrincessC kasi when I underwent breast excision (done by breast doctor/ surgeon) last Feb, they also check my thyroid (done by thyroid doctor) which was recommended by my OB. It has something to do with anesthesia during my operation. Sabi nung surgeon baka hindi ako magising kung magpaopera ako ng may thyroid problem.

Sis last year nasa 700 rate niya sa cardinal pero balita ko magincrease na din daw yun. Re: Ultrasound, not sure kung dinadala niya dun portable ultrasound niya kasi secret lang ata yun sa hospital. Usually sa friendly care niya pinapapunta patients niya pag follicle monitoring. Taga saan ka sis?

^hi sis! clinic nya sa dr. fe del mundo  sa banawe, qc. room 303, mon-sat 10:00-2:00 except thurs. yung first consultation ko 800 sis, then nung mga sumunod 600 nalang. yung clomiphene is 180 sa kanya. sorry medyo OT ito, serophene yung brand ng clomiphene nya and i swear ganda ng lining ko lagi pag nag take ako nun, di gaya ng clomid. wala naman bawal kainin sis. sasabihan nya kayo kung kelan mag BD (and kung kelan hindi na dapat) and ipapa-FM ka nya, ito pinapagawa nya sa st. luke's qc.

hi congrats! ask ko lang sis if sya (Dra Israel)  na din nag UTZ (ultrasound sa yo for follicle monitoring).

Sis onlytechgirl: we are from north of QC. But really we don't mind na dumayo. We took a "rest" this cycle (cos of my adverse reaction to clomid) but next month, go-fight-win na kami ulit.


I came across this article might be useful to you guys also. Basically what your doctor should have you do, Kung mabusisi sya. May progesterone blood test pa- has anyone gone thru that? First time ko Lang marinig to but I think I would like that done din. Cos what happens is after CD12 pray and hope nalang tayo. Mas gusto ko yata yung dr na may aggressive approach 😄😋

^Thank you sis! 😊 Yung 3rd OB ko binigyan ako ng meds noon for endo, hindi kasi sya infertility specialist. Lumiit naman endo ko sa right then nawala yung sa left. Hindi ko sure paano approach pag sa infertility specialist kasi kay Doc Israel may endo pa rin ako nung nag consult kami sa kanya tapos no meds for endo, diretso fertility meds kami.

^^great news, congrats sis!! How many rounds Ka with dr Israel until you got pregnant?

Kay Dra jjng Hindi Kami happy. Muntik na ko mapasama sa kanya kasi Hindi Kami masyado guided sa pag-take ng clomid, so mistakenly nainom ko sya ng 15 days, if I remember right. I mean not for anything pero me and hubby naman mataas enough ang IQ to follow simple directions. Also for the longest time, ako kasama ng Tatay ko sa check ups and ako makikipag usap sa dr nya. Versed ako with simple medical terms at Kung frequency Lang ng pag inom ng gamot kayang kaya ko yan.

But si Dra she didn't say to take it just from this day to this day, wala. I only got clued in on it when I started reading up on clomid. Which maybe I should have done beforehand but my schedule was really hectic that time.

So with my new information, I texted Dra. Nagreply naman sya to get tvs ASAP. So panic ako syempre. I was in the province that time but I rushed back to Manila. I was already experiencing EXTREME bloatedness which I gathered is a symptom of clomid OD.

I vibered my results as instructed by her but really got no clear medical advise. It took a loong time for her to reply, a day after minsan, minsan wala. It was a very scary situation for us because of course concern Kami na Baka na damage yung ovaries ko and dealing with her was so frustrating. I actually texted her na sana she understands our fear and concern and for that one mabilis sya nagreply. Said to come for check up the next day, but no, nadala na Kami.

Sorry napahaba. That was almost two months ago pero masamang masama pa rin loob Ko!

^Hi sis! Thanks! 3 rounds kami kay Doc Israel, 4th OB ko sya. First consultation namin August 2015, did paps smear lang then dinala ko latest TVS and SA results namin ni hubby. September first round of clomiphene (sorry medyo OT -- used serophene brand, i swear ang ganda ng lining ko dito laging triple lines unlike sa clomid na numinipis lining ko ng bongga). November preggy na ako.

Sad naman about your experience with doc jing, nababasa ko lang dami nya rin patients dito. Grabe yun 15 days mo nainom yung clomid dahil lang kulang instructions nya, kahit ako sasama ang loob ko at hindi na ako uulit. 😔 Until now sis wala ka idea kung ano effect nung pagkakainom mo ng clomid for 15 days?

I had a similar experience sa 3rd OB ko, pero sya naman walang advise mag take ng meds. Eh I had to undergo HSSG that time, dedma ang lola mo kahit sinabi nyang ititext nya instructions pag take ng meds prior to the procedure, pwede naman na kasi nya sabihin nung magkaharap kami, pinagpaliban pa.. medyo paimportante sya lol. buti nalang alam nung secretary sa clinic kung kelan dapat take yung meds kaya nakahabol ako ng inom pero after non hindi na rin ako bumalik sa kanya, hindi kasi yon ang first time na hindi sya nagreply sa akin. mabuti na rin kasi dahil doon naisip ko lumipat ng OB at talagang no regrets naman kami.

We only did one tvs (healthway) and at CD19 may new follicles pa ko na nag form. May almost 4cm yung iba "normal sized ". We decided to stay clear of doctors muna for a while kasi nadala Kami. Thankfully, wala naman mas grabeng symptoms so Hindi na ko nagpadala sa hospital. Nawalan rin yung extreme bloatedness ko after a week. May iba raw kasing kaso na fatal- tubig sa lungs, ganyan level.

Ay grabe sis. Don't know dun sa mga dr na ganito Kung sobrang desensitized na ba sila na nawalan na sila ng pake. Hay.

Hi sis luna laxa, sorry to hear your experience with doc jing. She's our current OB now and happy naman kami sa kanya. During our initial checkup with her, inexplain nya samin lahat ng options na pwede naming gawin, and let us choose kung ano ang gagawin namin for that cycle.
Cycle 1 - Clomiphene Citrate
Cycle 2 - Clomiphene Citrate + Ovidrel
Cycle 3 - Clomiphene Citrate + Ovidrel + HSG + SA
Cycle 4 (Current) - Clomiphene Citrate + FSH + Ovidrel

Yung mga medicines na prineprescribe samin, well-explained naman yung dosage and frequency ng inom. Sa pharmacy sa baba ko din sya binibili, so [textspeak!] packaging nila eh may instructions when to drink.

Anyways, medyo nalate kami magpa-SA and HSG, supposedly kasi dapat cycle 1 pa lang ginagawa na yun. So medyo late din nabigyan ng meds si hubby due to low count and morphology. Patent naman ang tubes ko, pero I'm PCOS and I have a 2cm intramural myoma.

We also asked Doc Jing, hanggang kelan kami pwede magtake ng Clomiphene, and she said 12 cycles in a woman's lifetime or 6 cycles continuous, then need magrest or change the meds. So we
decided na will max out the 6 months na medicines lang and if after that hindi pa din kami makabuo, we will try IUI.

Sis Barbillie, nagpapa FM ka ba while taking clomiphene citrate? Nagiisip kasi ako pag nagstart na kami ng cycle kung kelangan ba talaga mag pa FM. Wala kasi ako sa pinas eh..
