Just want to share my story to everyone for inspiration. We've been praying for a baby for 9 1/2 yrs now.  I've been to several obs but i was not that serious with my work-ups then. I had undergone hysterogram last 2005 & the diagnosis was fine. I took several cycles of clomid but it did'nt worked for me.  Until this year, last june, my husband & i have decided that we really wanted to have a baby so the first thing i did was to search for a good RE/ infertility ob. I have several obs in my list but decided to go to Dr. Edwin Dimayuga's clinic in makati med. First cycle was clomid but by the 12th day. Follicle size wa just 8.5. So the first cycle was not that good.  My ob was out of the country until end of june so i went back to his clinic last July. Btw, i am irregular ang just learned that i am PCOS so on my next cycle, i was given a choice between another cycle of clomid or do injectables.  Because i really wanted to have a baby, we decided to have injectables for my fertility treatment. Dr. Dimayuga was so patient & kind.  He always explains every detail and step that i am going thru.  After 2 weeks of daily injection, i had my first try of IUI last Aug 15.  The 2 weeks wait was unbearable.  To cut the story short, i'm now 7 weeks pregnant. We are very happy and we are very grateful to Dr. Dimayuga for everything.  "Delight yourself with the Lord and He Will give you the desires of your heart".

wow sis your story is really very inspiring... I am already frustrated cause i had several iui and it all failed.. i got pregnant last year but it only resulted to blighted ovum and had a d and c. I also had hysterogram and thank God that my tubes are patent and I am not PCOS too the diagnosis of my OB/RE secondary sub infertility- unexplained infertility.. After reading your story it gave me hope again that everything is possible. Been married for 3 years already but i cant wait too long to get pregnant since im on my mid thirties. My regret now is getting married late.. Anyways, goodluck on your pregnancy...Take care..

If under Dr. Novero ka mag pa consult sa global, may sarili ba TVS sya? or wala?
any idea of his rate? madugo ba? every visit may PF ba?

@rjlottc sis, sorry for the late reply. dr. sua-lao has clinics in medical city and the other one is in binondo.

i really recommend her. she is my 3rd ob. I went to her last april, june 30 i got a BFP na.

wow so inspiring! sis, parang i want to try Dr. Dimayuga, may i know his clinic schedule and contact number? Does he have his own ultrasound or TVS? How much IUI mo sa kanya including medicines? Sensya na, medyo i can relate with you kase i've been married na for 7 years and still hoping to conceive. Currently my OB is Dra. Angela Aguilar (2nd) but lately i was told na wala na syang ultrasound pagMWF sa St. Lukes Global (5-7).

pwede ba ko makahingi ng feedback regarding sa service nya sa inyo?
masungit ba sya? mahihiya ka ba magtanong sa kanya? nagbebenta ba sya ng kung ano ano?
expensive ba sya mag bigay ng gamot?

hi sis, naging OB ko si Dra. Sia-Cu. mabait naman kausap siya. she explains everything. pwede mo din siya i-[textspeak!] pag may tanong ka. minsan iba nasasagot or nasasabi niya kase hindi ka niya natatandaan dahil siguro sa dami ng patients niya. pinag take niya ako ng vit. E with selenium na pwede mo mabili sa kanya. mura lang pf niya kase hindi nga siya infertility specialist. madami lage siya patient sa madocs kaya minsan feeling ko nagmamadali siya. at wala siya sariling UTZ machine.

hope that helps..based lang po yan sa experience ko mga sis ha..

btw, i now have a 4-month old daughter and my OB-RE is Dra. Casanova..

hi sis jorhen wala si dra sia cu nung saturday nasa states sya kaya nagpunta na lang ako sa una kong naging ob sa makati med, na inaayawan ko pero ewan ko ba bakit bumalik ulit ako sa kanya nung saturday at na bad trip ako dahil hindi nya inacknowlegde ang hmo ko kasi daw work up daw yun, ma question daw sila ng intelicare, eh pede naman nya lagay yun na PCOS! nakakaasar talaga yung Ob na yun, tapos yung reseta nya pa eh sa kanila lang pedeng bilhin! mahilig sila magbenta ng kung ano ano...
sorry sa mga ob ng mga sis dito nun ha... she's dra singson, never na ko babalik dun! promise!!!

any feed back on dra. joan tan garcia, im looking for another ob thats really good kasi hindi yata kami hiyang kay dra. sua lao been seeing her for 4 years na and had 8 iui's with her already.. or any reccomendations of a good infertility ob... im still really confused until now if i should change my ob na...

sobra tyaga mo sa ob mo, and you had 8 iui na.

do you have plans to proceed to IVF?

I had 4 iui na din from my RE.
and I plan to proceed with IVf by Jan.
talk with the specialist and told me na wag na ako mag iui coz naka apat na ako.
 if more than 4 yrs TTC din at 35 above ka dapat consider IVF na.
Buti na lang at st luke wil be opening soon, hopefully maging maganda feedback nila.

My ob before is endo and fertility specialist, dra.silao, i think she's good, pcos me, pero hindi naman ako as in ginamot, she just told me to maintain my weight and watch out what I eat, pero naging ok naman yung pregnancy ko, naalagaan din niya yung gestational diabetes ko when I was preggo

@abel 823 hehe tiyaga ko ba sis? we already planned of transferring several times but we can not find another specialist since they say that she is already the best... but at the back of my mind baka hindi ako hiyang sa kanya... kaya again im looking for a doctor that's really good for my case...

I went to other doctors na, pero sabi ang galing galing na nga daw ni Sua Lao. Why transfer!?

Feeling ko din tuloy, a case of "hiyang" na lang talaga. hay don't know what to do na.

hehe same here sis galit na mga in laws ko sa kanya nauubos na daw pera namin sa kanya.. i'm really really confused na but don't know kung sinong ob puntahan ko... sino na mga ob na napuntahan mo sis? im planning to look for ob-re that's either in st lukes or medical city...
