Food Carts

We will not have food carts, except for a sorbetes cart, for our party.  Nasisikipan kasi ako sa food carts.  I just asked the caterer to set up a taco station and prepare dips for the chips which will be placed on each table.

last sunday birthday ng daughter ko and first time with Ms Odette. at super happy ako sa services nila! Sweet Services really did a great job. well mannered and mga tao nila (although i admit natakot ako sa isang crew nila with tattoo all over his body). easy to talk to. kahit walang downpayment dumating sila sa venue ko! at kahit ilang beses ako ng papalit palit ng order na food carts ok lang sa kanya..
I ordered:
FIC - 150 servings
Corndog reg - 100 servings
Fries - 150 servings.

FIC ubos agad yung queso, chocolate and cookies and cream na flavor hindi pa ngstart ang party. natira sakin at the end of the party bubble gum(i guess di mabenta sa kids), raspberry, and Vanilla.

Corndog ubos din lahat. hahaha

Fries may around 25 pcs na natira. so binigay ko na lang dun sa ngkakasal ng decor ng venue ko. hehe

pero iisa lang ang feedback nila ANG SARAP NG ICE CREAM! hahaha im glad i read about SS/Ms Odette here in GT. and made the right decision to book them instead of the usual sorbetero cart.

mga sis how do you ensure na lahat ng guests maka-avail sa food carts?

we had 3 foodcarts sa bday ni daughter, all booked thru my stylist/planner..good thing na maaga sila nag-set up kasi nagkaron ng sunog which caused heavy traffic going to the venue, nakarating kami medyo late na and may ilang guests na nauna sa amin   anyway, what i ordered are the ffg:

potato corner- 100 servings
thirsty- party package, 111 servings
FIC-regular package, 8 flavors, 180 scoops

buti na lang last minute we decided to add potato corner, patok talaga sa guests..potato corner and thirsty ubos agad, some of the guests kasi pabalik-balik ng kuha ..while yung fic may konti pang natira na nauwi namin..natuwa ako sa attendant ng FIC coz she stayed until matapos ang party, then asked us kung iuuwi pa ba namin yung konting natira.  i noticed lang na yung cup ng thirsty anliit pala, was thinking na malaki din like sa stalls nila pag bumibili kami..ganun ba talaga? parang di kasi sulit sa liit, pero ok lang kay hubby since pag ginawa daw malaki yun busog agad ang guests at di na makakakain

thru my party planner sis, sya na nag-book for us...but you can inquire din naman sa stall nila sa malls, that' what we did nung 1st bday ng son ko..then kami mismo kumontak and pumunta office nila para mag-book at magbayad, medyo hassle lang kasi sasadyain mo talaga

for a canival themed party sa tingin nyo mga sis...mas okay yung mga generic food carts instead of the potato corner, thumbs up etc kase mas festive kung marami...if one would be practical, your 10-15k budget for food carts will get you around 5- 6 carts na diba...would appreciate your thoughts on this

Hi! I availed of Sweet Services (Mixed Balls, Hotdogs and Big Scoop), Potato Corner & Pizza Pedrico during my baby's bday last Saturday. Super happy and satisfied with the food carts, nagustuhan talaga ng guests. Medyo alanganin kasi oras ko 4:30 - 8pm kaya parang merienda and dinner na. So ok yun food cart while waiting for the program to start and while games and dedication. Two thumbs up again to Sweet Services for coming early for the set up and great food!

Hi girls... I am thinking of throwing a party 35 kids, about 15 adults. Basic food will be buffet style food tray from Amber (pancit malabon, spaghetti, lumpia shanghai, pichi pichi, pork bbq, chicken lollipop) plus bday cake.

I also plan to have the following food carts: juice bar, FIC, cotton candy and possibly chocolate fountain all for 50 pax.

I was wondering kung too much ba? Actually yung una quote for food cart is for 100 then special adjustment yun 50 so I'm not sure kung mababawasan pa ba yun, medyo unfair din naman pag super onti per food type but I don't want wastage. Yung estimate from Amber's is good for 50 adults narin.

This is my first so I hope to get your insight on guesstimates ^.^
