Hi! I am from las pinas and I'm going to have a party for my son's 7th birthday. Can someone recommend or give me a number of someone whom I can order lechon from? Or better yet - pritson

@purplemuffin: yay so mauna pala ko glad to hear na you were able to get hold of her na. I got the 3 carts package, and will be availing flavoured fries (cheese & bbq), mixed balls and hotdogs on sticks (their using TJ hotdogs daw). Yep will just update you after our party next sat. Happy preps sis.

^hi sis!  Thanks!  We have almost the same carts pala.  Nagkaiba lang tayo sa hotdog since I ordered nachos and cheese for appetizer na rin ng adults.

share ko lang medyo disappointed ako sa arce dairy. i called their office pero walang nakasagot ng mga tanong ko. absent daw kasi yung in charge sa parties. so magreturn call nalang daw sila. ayun, lumipas ang halos isang bwan eh wala paring tumatawag sakin. hay... 

 Sis, pwede makuha ang contact number ng arce dairy? Sana meron sila foodcart nung soft ice cream nila. Thats the yummiest soft ice cream ive ever tasted. Dito lang yata sa head office nila merong ganon. Malapit kasi kami sa office nila. Kaya lang out of the way lagi kaya madalang ako makadaan. Kasing creamy ng milk shake ng jonas sa boracay.

we will be getting Starbucks and plano ko Red Mango.. i will give up the generic carts for branded ones sana kung ok ang Red Mango.

buti na lang di kami nag co coffee ni hubby haha! i have a friend na may starbucks food cart nung wedding ice cream fod cart pa lang sure namin... di ko pa sure kung DIY yung popcorn and cotton candy kasi meron naman akong maker sa house pero baka di kayanin na tuloy tuloy na gamit

6DIY ko din pop corn sis pero paano ba isstore para mapreserve yung lutong? hehehhe

^ what others do eh buy kettle corn pouches then transfer to cup / paper trays before the start of the party. if you will cook it yourself (business namin dati ito ) make sure to put in in sealed plastic.

^tlaga sis? isesealed lang yung plastic? I want to cook it kasi! para mas tipid and sure na malinis.

^yup we use an electric sealer similar to the one used in national bookstores before paper na kasi ngayon eh

para di OT: ano ang good combination ng food carts, we have ice cream station na sa venue, so popcorn or cotton candy or fries ang pinagpipilian ko sin bottomless naman ang drinks sa venue kesa mag snowcone / ice scramble ako or shake... may hotdog din kasi sa kids menu

I give sweet services of odette tiu a two thumbs-up!!! Her husband and food cart attendants provided excellent service from start to finish! I got their FIC and french fries food carts which were both good for a 100 servings pero andami pa ring natira. Her husband was also extra nice and helpful because he helped me design my DIY dessert/candy buffet table. Will definitely get them again for future events!

^3k for 100 FIC servings and 2.7k for a hundred servings of their unbranded french fries. Since I wanted some of the gourmet/premium (can't remember which kind) ice cream flavors, I added lang P100 per flavor.
