While pimple injection can deliver fast results, it also has some side effects you should know about:
* Pain
* Atrophy of skin tissue surrounding injection - (injecting too much cortisone will result into this! skin actually shrinks - sort of degeneration- leaving a superficial indentation where the blemish had been)
* Hypopigmentation (loss of skin color)
* Sunken skin

so meron din palang hindi magandang effect if done irresponsibly. it's better to have it done by the derma talaga mga sis if in case you are planning to have one sometime soon

^nope. never do it on your own please be careful though, that if it's done wrong or by someone inexperienced it can cause a permanent dent in the face

was forced to try this i think a day before my prom during hs. haha. my derma really wanted to poke me. hindi nalang ako naka react kaya nagawa nya. its painful! goodness. and it left a scar although not visible on my face anymore.

i dont really recommend it, too painful for my liking. id rather go for the creams. i use the acne cream from belo and the vmv ID line.

but well no pain no gain. kaso gain ka din ng scars dito. hehe

i read din somewhere that daphne paez had a zit on her face injected because it showed up the day of her wedding. yeah i agree this should be done by a professional to minimize risk of adverse effects.

Pimple injections help heal big stubborn pimples faster. Usually, mine starts to flatten in 4hours. It's pretty much gone after an entire day. But of course, it's still a case to case basis. It depends on how big the pimple is and what you apply to it after (if you do).

I used to resort to injections 2yrs ago, but not anymore coz thankfully, I don't get pimples anymore

I am so fearful of needles getting near my face, kaya I've never tried this.  Simple routine visit to derma lang I get fidgety na whenever the derma does anything to my face.  Haha.

I really dont recommend this. I used to get pimple injections years ago, tapos it left a small dent on my cheek which eventually disappeared after a year(?). I got scared na it will be permanent. Tapos a week ago, i got an injection again kasi super sakit and laki ng pimple ko.. it dried up after 2 days pero now, i have a huge dent sa face ko! nagsisisi ako.. sana i let the pimple dry up the natural way, atleast it will leave a dark spot lang na kaya naman mawala thru peeling.. pero a dent? hindi naman mawawala yun.  I wanna cry tuloy

does pimple injection go along with pricking talaga? i've been to skin renew clinis at sm clark to have my cystic pimples injected... kaso nabigla ako after 1 wk nangitim yung ininject at parang may laman pa sa loob. As far as i could remember, hindi pa hinog ang pimple ko nung pinrick nya. I just want the swelling to be gone kase pabyahe kame to singapore the next day. hmpt! binalik ko kanina, and ayaw ng gawin ng mga therapists. pinababalik nalang ako pag andun na ang dermatologist talaga. But i still have 3 pimples to get rid off kaya pina inject ko ulit. And they pricked it again for the reason na baka daw pag ndi naalis ang pus maninigas sa loob at mangitim maybe this is what happened to my other pimple

I love pimple injection. hehe! if nakita niyo fez ko before, it's really full of cystic acne. parang kulugo talaga face ko at steroid lang talaga nakakawala sa kanya.

[textspeak!] indentation of depressed skin, i learned (ito naman ay hindi super accurate) ay nangyayari kung prone talaga skin sa indentation. usually mapapansin na yan sa previous scarring on other body parts or namana sa magulang or ancestor.

ako mismo nagkaroon ng ganyan but my skin went back to to normal. dati talaga pansin mo yung indentation on my right cheek, pero ngayon eh wala na. bumalik talaga sa dati.

I suggest na isang inject lang at with a certified derma talaga. wag sa mga trained nurses or aesthetician lang para pag nagkaprob, sa derma na [textspeak!] reklamo.

i really would rather not have this kahit instant acne-be-gone siya. Na trauma ata ako with my first derma na nagcause ng mga uka sa skin ko. To think na PDS silang mag asawa 

Kaya sisses, ingat sa DIY steroid injection. If dermas can screw the procedure up, ano pa tayong hindi skilled, right? I only trust my present derma to do this on me.
