how to smoothen your buttcheeks?

I've consulted a derma before and she said skin asthma daw ang cause ng pagka rough ng butt cheeks ko. Na-ttrigger siya ng constant friction sa underwear. So she recommended me to use some type of cream (I forgot what) that moisturizes and lessens the friction from the undies. Pero hindi ko sinunod. HAHA. I thought I had the worst butt cheeks (not by size, fortunately. hehe) then I tried kojic soap (kojie-san). There was big improvement in terms of lightening and smoothness. Although it is not perfectly smooth as in baby-butt cheeks-smooth, but I'm fine with that already.

Nakakatulong talaga ang scrub but that may not be enough. I use 100% Thanaka powder. Hindi kasi ako masyadong hiyang sa mga synthetic kaya I normally go for organic treatments I can do at home.

The solution is as basic as this. In addition, a whitening cream would greatly help in evening out those darkened areas. What worked wonderfully for me was a combination of the above plus a whitening pearl cream. I used a green peeling oil before then RDL astringent for milder exfoliation. As for moisturizer, I just use Human Nature Sunflower body oil coz it really gets absorbed easily. I do this at nighttime but you have to go commando for this to work ha Otherwise, masasayang Lang yun preparations na ia-apply mo. Then I entrusted the journey to flawlessness to a stick of top gel cream that I apply religiously every morning and sometimes nightly.

It's not a quick-fix though and it may take months before you achieve the desired smooth-as-a-baby's behind but it will work with patience and consistency with the regimen. How I wish nga that my face is as smooth as how my butt cheeks are now. Try my proven method

i was so conscious of my butt cheeks before because of the chicken skin, i used glysolid and its effective but nagkaroon ako ng contact dermatitis so i had to stop. i slept in my aunts place when i was on vacation and the soap they used was oilawin and my god after a week my butt cheeks are now super smooth! its been a long time since i used the soap and i have yet to find one here in manila. anyone here familiar with that soap? i have to ask my aunt but i think bigay lang yun sa 1 big box sa kanya.

I know someone selling this soap but it is pricey. :/

for me effective ang salt scrubing saka yung maxipeelna cream na hinahalo sa lotion. dati bumpy ang butt area ko ngayon makinis na. minsan magkakaron ng chicken skin ulit so scrub scrub ulit.

What worked for me is salt /milk scrub regularly (like 2-3x a week), apply sesame body oil and use seamless panties, t-back or g-string preferably lycra/cotton combi or silk. I noticed kasi that the "pimple" or rash appears a few days after I wear panties with garter edges lalo na pag lace material yung undies ko sa may butt area.

I use Neutrogena's body oil and applies it daily after shower and I don't wear undies at home, boxer shorts lang para makahinga ng maluwag ang mga nakatago

good thing nabasa ko tong thread nato  ...actually chicken skin on the lower part area is a common problem for us girls.have you tried using iodized salt for scrubbing?i remember kasi yung asawa ng isang lecturer namin dati ang kinis and ang sinabi nyang secreto nya iodized salt ang ginagamit nya pang scrub.anybody here,ang may alam kng may bad effect ba ang iodized salt?

need help. lately lang napansin ko nagkaroon ng discoloration sa may pressure point sa butt. sa pagupo ata nakuha at medyo dark siya. ano kaya effective para mawala and may pag-asa pa bang mawala iyon?

Apply lotion everyday and exfoliate regularly. (loofah or scrubs) It's what my mom always tell me, and totoo nga. It's not something that can be achieved overnight, but it is really effective if you're consistent.

Hi mga sis! Issue ko rin ito before, dark butt with stretchmarks sobrang hadlang sa pagbibikini! hehe. what I did, scrub everyday- in circular motion (as in OC ako dito) for atleast 5 mins per cheek: im using st.ives apricot scrub, then wash with extract papaya soap then apply Bio Oil habang moist pa yung skin fresh from shower then baby powder para hindi sticky ang feels. Believe it or not, in less than 3 weeks malaki improvement

i bought mine (Bio Oil) at Watsons 500php siya. sulit naman cause good for 1 month siya, mas better if you do the regimen twice a day. (morning and evening) kaya rin nito yung dark knees..
