problem ko din yan, so i start using scrub na. and bleaching lotion.. pero wala pang effect e. though less than 1 week pa lang. haha! excited. anyway, yung katialis, what is that??

ive experienced this before, lalo na noong high school and college days ko. feeling ko ang cause  ng parang butlig sa butt cheeks is yung pag upo sa chair with no cushions ng matagal(chair nun hs and college).  Then after college, sa office may cushion na syempre yun chairs dun, plus i put lotion after every bath, now okay na sya. smooth na. Iwas lang siguro sa pag upo sa chair without cushion ng matagal. anyways, that's just my observation.

^ I agree. Kakaupo nga din kaya nag da-darken yung butt cheeks. Kung baga, may mga pressure points kaya umiitim. Parang siko lang, kung laging naka diin sa armchair, umiitim din. Yung butlig butlig naman, ang theory ko naman dun, pag napapawisan yung bottoms natin, tapos nagkataon pa na moist na din [textspeak!] undies, dun nagkaka chicken skin. Lalo na kapag naghuhugas tayo down there tapos di natutuyo maigi, dun din nagiging rough yung skin since basa yung environment nya.

problem ko rin to before, dark and rough butt. these helped:

1) bleaching cream from my derma - this was really for my bacne. since i found it so effective in smoothening my back, i used also used it for my butt. it effectively removed that patch of skin sa butt na darker, rougher and thicker than the rest of my butt. super-peeling yung action ng cream ng derma ko.

2) IVG - lightened my skin tone all-over, siyempre including my butt. halos bumalik sa pagka-baby, hehe. but since this is too expensive and hindi ko ma-maintain, i hope my current supplements (gluta+placenta) would be effective substitutes.

need to use Body scrub regularly & then moisturize it to prevent dryness ( Body shop or St Ives )

I'm thinking of getting the package with mesosculpt and contour glide with ultrasonic frequency.  It has shown great results daw talaga lalo na for cellulites.  Mura na ba yung 3,500 for my gluts for 1 session?
And 3,500 for 2 sessions for that contour glide?

i was so conscious of my butt cheeks before because of the chicken skin, i used glysolid and its effective but nagkaroon ako ng contact dermatitis so i had to stop. i slept in my aunts place when i was on vacation and the soap they used was oilawin and my god after a week my butt cheeks are now super smooth! its been a long time since i used the soap and i have yet to find one here in manila. anyone here familiar with that soap? i have to ask my aunt but i think bigay lang yun sa 1 big box sa kanya.

i dont know sis, i havent asked my aunt yet. im still looking for it at drug stores and beauty section sa malls and grocery. but its very effective, yun kasi pinagamit na soap sa akin when i had contact dermatitis from glysolid. sarap hawakan ng butt cheeks ko ngayon cause its so smooth. ill try to search for it online and ill update you

sa tingin ko more on moisturizer ang kailangan nito kesa sa pagexfoliate. kasi friction nga nagcause nyan bakit lalo pang aabusuhin. yun ang mantra ko sa skin care: wag mong ipafeel na galit ka sa mga parte ng katawan mo na di mo masyado gusto. instead, mas pagtuunan mo ng pansin yun, alagaan kumbaga. kung wala pa ring epek (mantra ko rin to) itago na lang. hehe. ~from someone na nakatshirt at shorts pagnagsiswimming. hehe

I use a mineral scrub with Jojoba oil once a week and so far my butt is soo smooth.

Regular scrubbing was the best solution for me. i used to have those but eversince my vanity kicked in, weekly if not every other day, i scrub all over with special attention to those areas pati na sa singit. I also use the sunflower seed oil from Human heart nature, effective sya in lightening dark spots like sa singit, knees and elbows.

hi po, buti na lang napunta ako sa thread na eto kasi matagal ko na rin problema yung buttcheeks ko. yung may chicken skin & parang pimples at dark pa. pero naglighten na siya nung kojic soap na ang gamit ko pero yung chicken skin andun pa rin eh! ano kaya cream pwede ilagay para mawala & di na bumalik yun? tia.
