April okay na pumunta. Pero if gusto niyo lang mag cuddle sa room, okay ang January, sweet and romantic. hehe. Pero if adventure hanap niyo, summer time talaga ang best time.

anyone planning a trip to Batanes this May? Ive never been this enthused over a destination that the trip has to happen really soon, else Ill be an insomniac for good. I might have a female friend tag along but just to be certain that I wont be touring alone and also to help defray the expenses, Im eyeing to merge my itinerary with anyone going there next month. My intended dates are either May 24-27 or May 31-June 3. Pwede din siguro mid of May, let's just talk about it. PM me na lang mga sis, if ever

sabi nila going to this place is even more expensive than travelling abroad... 
pero alam ko super worth it ang every barya na gagastusin dito...gusto ko din mapuntahan to, kaso parang hangang pangarap nalang siya.

SEAIR has just ended their Manila-Basco operations.  Good luck na lang sa mga Ivatan.

Ha? Why? Parang recently lang may promo akong nakita na discounted ang Batanes nila ah. So anog airline na ang nagpupunta Batanes? =/

SkyPasada is the only airline left.

SEAir's decision has been announced as early as a month ago.  I suspect that it's the result of their resentment towards BCTA for bringing in Skyjet (Lionair).  They thought that they would have a virtual monopoly of the Manila-Basco route.  (They tolerated SkyPasada's presence because it wasn't a nonstop flight.)  But with Skyjet's bigger planes, they probably thought that the market would be too small for the business to be profitable.

And now, Skyjet is also not operating because it is being bogged down by permitting requirements.  -- which, by the way, is the result of complaints by other airlines, most notably by SEAir (sino pa nga ba?)

The way I see it, it's SEAir's final d!ck move among all its d!ck moves during its stint servicing the Manila-Basco route.  Frankly, although I sympathize with the Ivatans, I'm not sad to see SEAir gone.  Batanes can use a better class of airline.
