Gerla_Lou: dibdibang walking malamang ang nangyari sa inyo!! di kayo nag-rent nalang ng tricycle for the day? pano kayo pumunta sa Marlboro Country, etc? anyway, im sure yun pa ang reason kung bakit mas memorable ang Batanes trip ninyo.

nagtour kami nung 1st day, so napuntahan naman namen lahat ng spots na naka trike  pero nung rest ng stay namen, relax relax lang, walk walk lang hehe... pag sunrise shoot, usually nagpapasundo din kami

Grabe, ang lapit na pala ng September 8.  Sana Indian Summer na by that time.

My husband's family is from Batanes. Ang mahal lang ng pamasahe but I hope we can visit there next summer. Must Try yung Coconut Crabs doon and yung mga dried fish nila.

pangarap ko ring makapunta dito.. iba kasi yung feeling ko noong napanood ko sa rated k ata yun yung fineature nila ang batanes.. grabe, na-amaze talaga ako.. lalo na doon sa honesty coffee shop.. ang simple lang ng pamumuhay nila pero alam mong nasa safest place ka.. hehe

For Globe users, it's advisable to have a Smart SIM card for emergency purposes in Batanes.  Whenever there's a power crisis over there, it tages a long time for Globe to have  signal again.

plane fare lang talaga ang mahal.. everything else in Batanes is mura na.

Wow, super excited na ako dito. Haha. Nakakatawa, Sagada ako sa Dec pero nag reresearch na rin ako about Batanes (Adik mode)

i agree, mahal lang talaga ang airfare dito pero everything else there ok na, swak na sa budget! everytime i look at our Batanes pictures, super gistong gusto ko ng bumalik.. i miss the feeling of being there.. sobrang relaxing na masaya na ewan.. basta ang ganda ng batanes! and i love the food na pina try samin sa batanes resort, yung nakabaalot sa dahon,forgot the name pero masarap.. rice na may kasamang ulam na.

Can't wait to go to Batanes next weekend! We'll be staying in Fundacion Pacita. I'm planning to rent a bike and go around the area. Will update everyone how that goes!

^ good choice sis, Fundacion is really nice.. medyo malayo nga lang sa town..  we rented a bike too, nakakatuwa! magandang view, fresh air

Hello! Just got back from our Batanes tour. Ganda super! We weren't able to go to Sabtang though, hindi daw maganda weather. And totoo naman, super lakas ng hangin and mejo maulan when we were there. Pero ok lang naman, super ganda pa rin ng experience. We stayed in Fundacion Pacita and they arranged all the tours around Batan for us

hello gt peeps, anyone planning to go to Batanes..grr, ang mahal ng airfare going to Batanes ng Sea air...mahal sa papunta HK or SG...meron Sky Pasada mejo mura ng konti from manila to batanes mga 12k abutin compare to Seaair mga 17k abutin..may nakatry na ba ng sky pasada dito...i am thinking of riding a bus from manila to tuguegarao then dun sakay ng aircraft na sky pasada sa tuguegarao airport..

hello gt peeps, anyone planning to go to Batanes..grr, ang mahal ng airfare going to Batanes ng Sea air...mahal sa papunta HK or SG...meron Sky Pasada mejo mura ng konti from manila to batanes mga 12k abutin compare to Seaair mga 17k abutin..may nakatry na ba ng sky pasada dito...i am thinking of riding a bus from manila to tuguegarao then dun sakay ng aircraft na sky pasada sa tuguegarao airport..

Ah 12k pa rin pala pag Sky Pasada? Mahal pa rin pala... Saw their booth in Tuguegarao airport 2 weeks ago. They have a promo for travel up to March 2012.  Didn't ask details though.

finally, nakarating na rin ako ng Batanes! last jan 24-27 magkasama kami ni imjuzagrL_20 (nice meeting you sis) ...whew! ang ganda...thanks to sky pasada! manila-tuguegarao via airphil then tuguegarao-basco via sky pasada...

nasa 7.7K lang nagastos ko sa airfare, nakatyempo kasi ng P188 base fare sa apx tas nakatyempo rin ng sale tix tug-basco na 6.5k 2 way sa sky pasada

mahal lang talaga sa airfare pero pagdating dun mga 5k ok na...sobra sobra pa...stayed at DDD habitat P600 for 2 pax fan room...

Airfare:
Airphil Express: (manila-tuguegarao-manila) P188 base fare= P1200
Sky Pasada: (tuguegarao-basco-tuguegarao) = P6500 (pero yung regulare fare nya nasa P9k)
