what we do which we've proven to be effective is to put the litterbox near the area where your kitty likes to poo.  then put the poop that you cleaned up on the litterbox so your kitty can follow the scent. then you can slowly move your litterbox to where you want to put it permanently.

another tip is to place your kitty on the litterbox a few minutes after eating and wait for the kitty to poop.  hold its paws and teach them to dig on the sand.  do this a few times until your kitty does it on its own

Cats by nature are clean animals. They will not use smelly nor dirty litter boxes. So, it is very important that their litter box are kept clean at all times. Plus cats are keen on their privacy so litter boxes should be located in a quiet, less traffic area where they can do their business in peace.

hi sisses! i just adopted a persian kitty and he's almost 4 months old pa pa lang.. i'm currently training him to his new litter box and dun naman sya palagi nagp-pee, kaya lang yung poop nya lagi sa far corner ng bathroom namin malayo dun sa litter box nya, dunno why he does that. kasi never naman sya nagmiss mag-pee sa litter box (im using silica nga pala) pero kapag poop lagi dun sa corner ng shower area. buti na lang hindi masyado maamoy ang poop nya. pero i'm bothered, baka talaga ayaw nya magpoop sa litter box, gusto nya wiwi lang? i'm thinking of getting a second litter box, to try lang baka gusto nya separate ang toilet ng pee at poop nya? i might also try out other clumping litter sand pag ubos na yung silica. hayyyy.. any advice?

Kittens can be arte talaga with litter. My cat prefers the clumping type.

Here's my suggestion. Clean up the litterbox and put in fresh litter, as in like new talaga. Sometime before mealtime, take the kitty to where it's usually placed and put him inside. Spend a few minutes with him there, and then use your fingers to go through the litter. Basta makita niya na hinahalukay mo. Tapos, take his two front paws and then siya naman kunyari, while guiding his paws, make him dig into the fresh litter. He'll most probably wiggle out so as long as he saw you and na feel niya na yung box, let him be na. At mealtime, bantayan mo siya matapos kumain. He'll groom himself when he's done. After niya mag-groom, take him to the litter box again and then again hold his front legs and guide his paws through the litter.

Usually ang mommy kitty ang gumagawa nito but it looks like he was taken too early from the mommy. So since you're the new mommy, he has to learn it from you Tiyaga lang sis. The first contact with fresh litter is important, and also yung contact with it after mealtime. Check also the litterbox. Make sure that he doesn't get wet when he goes in it, kasi nandidiri siya sa pee. If you're using clumping litter, make sure that di nadudurog yung pee balls and narereuse. They can smell that. Take out pee balls just as you would poo. You'll know naman pag madaming nadurog kasi nagiging yellowish yung litter. Replenish litter every 2-3 days also. Ideal depth is about 2 inches.

Trained my newest kitty to use the litterbox the first day he was here I used to use Catsan but I switched to Happy Cat kasi finer siya and works well with pee balls (sa Catsan kasi nag c-cakey minsan).

Bumili ko ng vitamins for my cat finally!,
 wala kasi syang gana kumain kaya pumapayat, so i bought troy nutripet and natural omega 3, problem is i dont know how much of it ang ibibigay ko' i read kasi na masama sa cat na masobrahan ng vits kasi masama sa liver .. anyone knows?? kung how much lang ang
papainom ko ? yung direction  kasi  sa vits. confusing

^ Sis, ganyan dati binibigay ko sa cats ko. 1/4 teaspoon lang kung maliit lang cat mo. Ingat ka kasi amoy pa lang nyan inaayawan na ng mga pusa. Ipahid mo nalang sa gilid ng bibig nila until dinalaan nila ng dilaan...

Yung isa kong gamit ng paste vitamins eh yung Septaplex Gel. Mas mura pa sya.

Meron din ako nung Troy Nutripet. Twice a week ko lang binibigyan yung kitties ko. Medyo cautious din kasi ako when it comes to vitamins..

I think it's safe naman. Pero siguro once na mag-gain na sya ng weight, baka pwedeng bawasan mo na ang dosage para mas-safe.

Binibigyan ko din sya ng "omega 3"
Napansin ko humahaba hair niya lalo nung nag va-vitamins na sya, hays sana tuloy tuloy ang improvement

My female siamese cat has hemorrhoids. Her anus is sometimes bleeding and swollen. Tapos medyo hirap sya tuwing mag poop but then her poop is not hard. Soft naman. However, I cannot take her to the vet kasi masyado syang matapang. Maski ako nakakagat at nakakalmot nya. Halos bihira ko lang sya mahawakan kasi masungit. Ano kayang pwedeng home remedy?

Mga sis yung persian cat ko kasi nasasanay na sa CR uminom ng water.. sa gripo.. meron naman syang water nya talaga mas gusto nya yung tumutulong water from gripo..

any suggestions kapag ganito? meron bang nabibili na mini fountain na pwede nya tapakan para she can drink on her own?

kahit matapang yung cat mo dapat ipcheck mo sa vet baka may iba p siyang sakit at hindi hemmoroids. andun ka naman so pwede mo pa siguro siyang macontrol o hawakan habang chinecheck up.

ako nga kahit puspin lang yung mga alaga ko di ako nahihiyang magpacheck sa vet. pag nadala mo yan mas magiging ok pakiramdam mo.
