^uy galing! yeah in one site the owner posted how to's to be part of the ct and  he said the same just keep posting your work until you get notice parang ganun.  marami kasi ata want to be part of the ct. di rin cheap to buy the kits.

so how do you organize your kits on your computer do you just save them as is by theme?  or mix them all in groups?

I organize them by year downloaded, then by designer, then by kit/product name. Re freebies, I tend to download impulsively. If after a couple of months I find that I haven't been using it or di ko na type, I just delete it entirely. Sayang ang drive space.

When I was starting I grouped them all together - elements, papers, then Alphas - Naloka ako haha! Buti na lang that time, panay freebies pa lang ang meron ako.

So now I do them by S4H/S4O, Commercial Use, Personal Use.  Then by Store where I bought them, then by kits naming each folder starting with the Designer's name.  Tapos I have all the Preview outside the folder para I can easily see what's the kit like.

^ayun post and join ka sa link gwacie gave and malay mo makuha ka if you've designed a lot na rin madami ka pwede i show naku i was about to do that yung bunch them all together thinking  baka easier to mix and match. eh bunching them alone is hard to do.  what does the S4H/S4O mean? nakikita ko yun codes ba yun?

^Aside from mahirap ipagsama-sama, mahihirapan ka din when it comes to the Credits, pati na rin yung TOU nung certain product.

S4H/S4O - Scrap for Hire / Scrap for Others. 

I love scrapbooking, kaso I stopped for several months kase, nagkaprob with my laptop and I had to wait pa bago bumili ng bago.  Kaya now na lang ulet ako nakapagscrap.

mga sis, ano ba difference ng digiscrapping sa scrapbooking?

Digiscrapping is done in the computer; i.e. digital scrapbooking. Traditional scrapbooking is done with paper. Then there's hybrid scrapping where some items, like journaling or some elements, are done in the computer, printed out, then put together.

being in a creative team is not a piece of cake. Some people think na tanggap ka lang ng tanggap ng free kits then gawa ka ng layouts then your done. That's not the case.

Before applying to a team one should start from the very basic... free kits or if you have extra money buy kits (good quality kits) then slowly scrap 1 page a day. It takes a lot of patience and creativity to find what style fits your personality. Make the creative process stress free so that you can enjoy the finish product.

Join the community and explore the gallery. Find inspirations and study the ct layouts. Look closely and think how you can make that into your layout.

Practice practice practice it will build your confidence and when you feel you are ready, Send your very first ct application. Make sure that you only apply to those designer na naitry nyo na yung kits nila and nagustuhan nyo. With that in mind, mas madaling maging creative kung type mo yung product.

don't be discourage kung hindi kayo natanggap. try lang ng try. don't take it too personally. believe me mas madali ang mag send ng application kaysa sa pumili ng magiging part ng team.

Before you send your ct application be sure na andun yug mga basic info about yourself and yung mga achievements and sample ng layouts.

read the ct calls carefully. isipin mabuti kung kaya bang mag commit dun sa mga criteria na hinihingi ng designer.

If you observe closely, minsan yung ka team nyo sa isang team eh ka team nyo din sa iba. Be courteous and as much as possible kung ano yung issue sa team dapat sa team lang na yun. wag dadalhin sa ibang team. never bad mouth your designer.

wag kalimutan na iba iba ang mga designers and dapat marunong makisama.

lastly, be ready with lots of pressure and activities kasi each team has it's own activity na kailangan nyo salihan to promote the kit.

By the way, I've been into a lot of ct teams. at one point I'm into 10 ct plus 2 store ct. Imagine the number of layouts I need to produce in one week to fulfill all my obligation as a ct member. If you envision yourself with this, then welcome to the world of creative teams!

Although hindi na ako nag ddigiscrap I still continue this system para mas madaling mahanap yung mga elements na gagamitin ko for my hybrid/project life projects.

^Thanks for that info Sis LovingSue! For sure makakatulong yang mga points na yan sa amin.  I totally agree with you na dapat gusto mo yung style ng designer or else mahihirapan talaga to make a LO.

I visited your site...ang cute nung Project Life na yun...I've been reading about that a lot.  Maybe I'd start mine after June if kaya pa ng schedule, may pagkatamad kase ako hehe.

Another thing about CT calls - you could try one-kit calls if you want to test out a designer. It's less work than being on a regular CT and there's no commitment. I've only done this once though. Unfortunately the designer and I didn't understand each other because she only spoke French, so I was glad that I didn't have to continue working for her. Whew!
