grabe naman mga sis SB near UMC. Parang fastfood. Laging puno! >:(

Pero at least may coffee ako. Yun na lang, but it's not a good place for a coffee date and chillin.  :D

sisses, may starbucks branch na near UMC. finally, hindi na kailangan pumunta sa alabang and tagaytay to buy frappe and pastries. according to my brother, hindi pa open. sana after holy week!

^i agree. if you're craving for frappe and some pastries, you can go there but if you have plans of reading a book or relaxing alone or with friends, it's not the best place to go. the other night, my husband and i dropped by figaro in salawag. nakakarelax ang ambience. cozy and intimate kasi late na. naabutan lang namin isang couple. sana hindi sila magclose in the future kasi mas ideal tambayan yun.

last week, we went to starbucks to avail of the happy hour promo since we went to our baby's pedia. we waited for an hour to order and another 30 minutes to be served our frappuccinos. nakakaawa din ang baristas na tired na. sabi ng husband ko hindi worth it dahil hindi siya nag-enjoy. medyo melted na ang drinks pag serve sa amin.

^libre pa yung toll nung dumaan kami last month sis, kaya di ko na-fel yung wver-pricing. :)

^^grabeng tagal naman nung coffee nyo sis! OA! Pano ba -like yang post mo sis? Lol. ;D

Cozy... ;)

yes sis. it's that expensive! to think you also have to pay for another toll fee... only a few people will benefit from this route  ;)

OA kasi dami ng tao sa starbucks last time. hanggang sa door ang line. parang snake na paikot-ikot sa whole place. nagsisi husband ko kasi paano mo naman maeenjoy frappe mo in a place na crowded and noisy. sana daw we went na lang sa ibang oras at willing naman siya to pay the regular price. figaro na lang kami tatambay. okay naman ako sa kahit anong klaseng coffee-based beverage. mababaw lang kaligayahan ko pagdating sa coffee. i'll drop by starbucks pag nagcrave pero to relax-nah! not worth it.

hindi na heavy traffic after ng opening ng cavitex? i thought hindi na matatapos yun.

i think wala nang extra Php22.00 yung mga magttake ng Cavitex, they only have to pay Php58.00 for the entire Coastal and Cavitex route.

IMHO, madami din magbebenefit dito, less traffic sa talaba-aguinaldo highway and mas mabilis na travel time for those na umuuwi sa cavite city na mangagaling sa manila and vice versa. :)

actually hindi naman siya overpriced sa 58pesos, its 22 pesos for the Coastal Toll Fee and 38 pesos for Cavitex, not bad na. madalas mas malaki pang cost ng fuel nagagastos ng mga vehicles pag naipit sila sa traffic from talaba to aguinaldo highway to general tirona highway onwards, so fair lang din talaga, benefit narin of travelling without traffic.

^ sis kelan tinanggal yung P22.00? kasi last monday dumaan ako ng cavitex, pay ako ng 22 at 58... lahat ng toll gates, stop and pay.

just hate the traffic ngayon sa may malapit na ng expressway..sorry i dont know ano name ng place. i cant help but think na sinadya nilang iconstruct yun at magcause ng traffic para mapilitan talaga sa cavitex dumaan pag umaga. pag hapon naman walang problema. bakit hindi nila ginawa yun nung libre pa sa cavitex.

^ ah okay i stand corrected, akala ko kasi wala nang charge na 22 on top of the 58 toll fee for cavitex.

Like one of our sisters mentioned here, it cuts the travel time in half eh. And in fairness, dahil diyan sa cavitex route, mas hindi na magiging choosy ang mga taxi drivers kasi they wont need to worry about the traffic na.

Mas gusto ko yung may nakikitang ganyang projects kaya i dont wanna go on complaining about it. Mas nakakaasar yung tipong walang nakikitang development kahit na alam nating may funds naman to build those structures para sa convenience ng lahat.

Dun naman sa mga namamahalan sa cavitex toll fee, theres always an option to go the long way naman kung sa tingin talaga e walang nabibigay na convenience ang cavitex route. Off-settan nalang yan eh, imbis na ibayad mo sa gas from lets say island cove to sm bacoor to talaba, na kadalasan ilang oras magpa-stop pag counterflow, ibayad mo nalang sa toll fee, economical lang coz una di ka na mabababad sa traffic, pangalawa, di mo na kailangan magmadali. Just my 2 cents. ;)

LOL  ;D
