kung fruits only take strawand blueberries mataas sugar ng ibang fruits kasi and this is better if you're on a diet.

also napanood ko yung sinabi ni natalie portman in one of her acceptance speeches for black swan na  while training and she had cravings  at night or pag gutom sya she was told to just drink a glass of skim milk.

Before when i watch telly and i get midnight cravings, i chew a gum. If di kaya i eat happy peanuts/growers, 1 pack lang or Nesvita.
But now, i drink wheatgrass to curb my craving. Di kasi masarap yung wheatgrass. Nakakalose ng appetite. Hehe..

i drink one glass of wheatgrass plus one glass of  water...busog ,no more cravings...

Dati ganyan ako.  When I analized my eating habits, I realize I dont eat much breakfast or lunch kasi. Tapos the rest of the day, parang kain ako ng kain.  Even kahit hating-gabi na.   Hirap kasi when you eat late at night, di ka pa gutom sa breakfast so you dont eat much.   And the cycle continues...

So I made some changes.. ate a full breakfast, well-balanced lunch, merienda (fruits) and dinner with protein and veg lang.  First few days mahirap kasi di sanay yung system, but after a while... surprise!  No more night cravings.  Now my last meal is at 7pm, and no more hunger after.

correct ka diyan sis...dapat full breakfast sa am lalo to start the day then pabawas ng pabawas pagkain till pm...

@Sis qt_ben17 - Agree, parang napansin ko rin na pag kumakain ako ng rice ay nag cracrave ako mas lalo, pag nafefeel ko yung midnight cravings ko, i usually eat lots of fruits or eat yogurt na lang para ma-satisfy ako.

Minsan may cravings ako sa gabi ,pag hinde ako nasatisfied or hinde ko gusto yung ulam.pag may cravings ako umiinom na lang ako milk. Magana talaga ako sa breakfast .lunch ko di marami at di naman tamang bitin, sa dinner as in konti lang ang rice ko and ulam, namayat ako. Peto dahil sa dianne pills ang sarap kumain pero kino control ko talaga, 4 pounds dinagdag timbang ko, sabi naman ng friend mas gusto nya ngayon yung weigh compared before .planning to stop na my pills.

tinutulog ko, pinipilit kong matulog. or if di talaga kaya, kumakain ako almonds na walang lasa ;D nung nakabakasyon kami, yung asawa ko kulit ng kulit sa kin. punta daw kami sa train station (kasi walking distance) para kumain sa mcdo. 30 minutes nya ako kinukulit. pero i was firm on saying no!!!! sabi ko itulog na lang. kelangan ng matinding will power!

I'm also having midnight cravings! Kaso, I'm pregnant naman, but it's really hard for me, kase I wake up like 1 am and I can't sleep - kahit hindi ako gutom - if I don't eat it off "ng carbs"! Kanin or instant noodles!.... Pagtiniis ko, I will sleep na around 3 to 4 am....

I'm also under house arrest, kaya no activity din halos para mapagod ako sa gabi!

I feel you guys on either being sleep deprived and knowing its bad to eat before bed time! Pero kahit paano you can exercise it off na lang, o kaya damihan ang activity... Mine its just pilling up! Still si baby ang nagugutom ata, kaya hindi dapat ako magreklamo. :)
