Ang sole insert nila is located sa mismong counter ng cashier. I don't know sa shangrila branch but sa mga payless na napuntahan ko like sm san lazaro and sm manila nasa counter ang sole inserts nila. Kaya nakakapagtaka naman na hindi nakita ng cashier na may kinuha siya at hindi siya sinita. Talagang hinintay nila na tumunog pa iyong alarm? Tsaka 3 pairs ng shoes ang binili then sole insert lang kukunin pa. Hindi ba sila magtataka nun. Kaya ako maingat talaga ko sa gamit. Siguro nailapag niya iyong bag niya while fitting the shoes at dun sumalisi iyong sales lady at nilagay iyong sole insert sa bag niya. I'm not accusing anyone pero it's not impossible din naman. Lalo pa kung laging nakasunod iyong mga sales lady sayo. Hindi pa naman matao sa payless. Kaya madali sila makakgawa ng kalokohan. Ako i will still buy shoes from them. But i will be extra careful na lang para di mangyari saken to. Thanks sis for sharing this story.

@theshopaholicprincess - she paid for her purchase sis. 3 shoes yun, then diretso alis siya ng store. pag exit niya sa door nag-alarm and a sole insert was found inside. not sure how it got there eh ang lapit ng cashier from the door.

PS: i'm not paid para manira sa payless. and i don't hate them. takot lang ako mainterrogate for 5 hours.hehe. just want to share my officemate's story to serve as warning lang to our sisses here.

sis, if your friend paid for 3 purchases at diretso alis ng store, I am guessing na few minutes lang ito after she paid sa cashier pero napagbintangan pa rin sya??? I mean dapat yung cashier mag vvouch na she purchased 3 shoes and its possible na naiwan lang yung sole inserts... Hindi kaya napagtripan yung friend mo? Saka pwede nya ireklamo yun na wala naman sila proof na ninakaw nya yung sole inserts, you said the Payless management didn't even show the CCTV. Ano yung proof ng management? I find it ridiculous na the Payless management would accuse their customer of shoplifting the sole inserts eh 3 na nga yung binili.

that's a very unfortunate of her naman if talagang she didn't shoplift. dapat there is CCTV to prove things pero if they refuse to show it to her then baka nga there is something fishy on their part. and exag naman 10x the amount.

yes, 3 pairs ng soes pero sole insert lang isho-shoplift pa. hehe. it was found sa paper pag niya. not on her shoulder bag.

yes, after paying umalis na siya. i don't know, pwede ngang napagtripan. ang proof daw nila is yung sole insert sa paper bag. di na siya nagreklamo dahil she finds it super hassle na nga na di siya nakapasok that day tapos na-stress nga kaka-explain ng sarili niya.

My current favorite footwear is a pair of patent flats i got from Payless a little over two weeks ago. Best thing is, it only cost me less than php600!

Ansarap ilakad kaya halos naaaraw-araw ko sya. Now i wonder how long this will last, baka di abutin ng one month bumigay na sa kakagamit ko.. hehe..

Brand is "Lower East Side" yata. Plan ko bumili ng ibang kulay nito pag napadpad ulit sa Payless..

San branch ka nakabili? Ive been to different branches but unfortunately until now wala pa din ako nakikita na fit for my size. btw, Im size 6.

i have two pairs from payless.  flats also.  i bought it last 2010 pa, and super sagad ko kung gamitin, like everyday or if not, four-five times a week. up to now, buhay pa.  and minimal signs of age lang.  so i think payless carries brands na matibay. 

i saw a pair of glittery black to silver flats worth 700+ lang, ang ganda!

Finally I found the pair of black flats you all have been talking about.. P795 lang siya.. I love them!!

I really like their setup a lot, wherein you just go to your size and you can see all the shoes they have available for you    Their shoes are cute, nothing special but I like them.  And maybe the setup really helps!

so true, in just one looking, alam mo na mga designs and what are the styles available for your size.  saves us time from asking if they have available size for the style that we want.  plus, every aisle has a seat with a mirror, so you can fit the shoes right away and if you like it, go and ask lang for a new pair.  downside:  it takes a lot of will power to not buy all at once  hahaha!

I heard from my friend that their stocks are updated here.  Whatever they currently sell in the Payless stores in US, it's the same as the ones in the stores here.

Bought another pair - Dexter Claire Nude ballet flats. It's relatively expensive at P1,250 but I have the same flats in different color (leopard captoe), and I wear it almost every other day.

I was able to bag a pair of wedges (Montego de Bay aztec wedges), and a pair of flats (Dexflex snakeskin captoe flats)
I was thinking to buy the same flats, just in different color (Dexflex navy blue patent flats). HAHAHA cause it's super comfy

Yesterday was able to buy Comfort Plus wedges by Predictions. Super love it kasi may cushion, hindi sumasakit yung paa ko.
