Sisses, who among you owns a Ford vehicle? What can you say about it? Positive or negative feedbacks, maintenance, after-sales services, quality, efficiency, etc.

I'm eyeing on Ford's upcoming model, Ford Fiesta.

Sisses, I really need your feedbacks regarding Ford. I'm gonna buy a car and I'm choosing between Honda City and Ford Fiesta kasi eh. Well, I know Honda City is a very good one coz kumbaga subok na ang model na to as well as its performance, whereas yung Ford Fiesta is just new in the market, will be available late Sept pa. So I just want to have some feedbacks muna on Ford's maintenance, quality, efficiency, after-sales services. To those who already own any Ford brand, what can you say? TIA.

i have a honda city, and like you, i also considered ford, but that was still the focus, i was looking at before. 
what made me choose honda over it was the difficulty in parts and costly services.  before I thought honda was more expensive since that was the image, etc.  but after careful study onhe differences, and advices from car lovers, i made my hehe
Yeah, the ford fiesta is newer - saw it in the motorshow the other week, and like the other ford models, its mayabang.  but if mahihirapan naman ako on the maintenance, no na lang.  besides, one thing that pushed me more sa honda, is the resale value of honda vs ford.. after a few years, i might want to get a different vehicle, i get to sell my city at a higher price vs ford.

^sold our escape. didn't like it. parang repackaged mazda tribute lang.

but we do have the new ford explorer. smooth ride. love it!

Judging from this thread parang hindi pa din popular choice ang Ford sa pinas? For the Ford owners, kamusta na ang after sales service & parts availability? Nag improve na ba? Meron kasi low DP promo ang Ford ngayun & I was wondering if it was worth it. Lagi ko nadadaanan sa Edsa yung tarp but I have yet to visit the showroom since I've never driven a Ford before.

If you are getting a Ford, do not buy the entry level vehicles. I can't say much about their after sales service kasi kilala namin owner so may bias sa service samin =)

Thanks for the advice. Finally got to visit the showroom. Eyeing the sedan focus but still concerned about the parts availability.

The Ford we got then was the Escort but that was way way back then.  Okay pa ang quality then.  Correct yun sabi ng isang GT sis natin na don't get yun entry level nila.  Yun friend ko they got then noong bago pa lang dito ang Ford (uli) yun Lynx.  Wala pang 1 year dami na problema.  Yun Expedition okay naman and hindi nga halos nayupi when nabangga.

Maganda yung bagong escape =) Again, do not get the enty level. Naka-wait list na kami kasi di pa nila ina-allow ibenta. Baka nag-uubos pa ng lumang stocks

Interested din kami sa bagong escape but the sales rep couldn't tell us when the release date was. Sis, yung wait list ba nila meron din reservation fee na hinihingi?

^thanks sis, na curious lang ako kasi I thought pag in demand humihingi ng reservation fee to make sure that you're serious about purchasing. Will just give the agent a call pag decided na.

Matagal na kasi namin silang sales agent so they don't ask na for reservation fee since we always purchase what we reserve naman =)

bakit merong new model? sa site nila mukhang phased out na ang Escape. I plan on getting a EcoSport. I've read tons of reviews na and watched tons of videos on YT about it. Sold na ko. Anyone who bought one na GTalker or knows anyone and what are their satisfaction level kaya upon using it for some time?

The new Escape will not be released here in the PH daw. So sad =(  We plan on getting the new Toyota Altis instead or the cheaper Explorer series
