Hello, me and a friend are looking for an aerokickboxing class. May marerecommend ba kayo aside from gold's gym? TIA.

Try Muay Thai also. They have sessions at Brickroad Gym near Sta. Lucia. The instructor is nice, they teach you effective crunches to loosen the belly. You can also use amenities like dry sauna.
