our hideaway in tagaytay is summit ridge. i like the privacy, the coziness and the romance of having my steaming cup of coffee with hubby and we're just dreamily sitting and looking out at taal in the balcony.

I would really not commend Windy Ridge as endorsed by travelblog..this place is a rip-off,AC noisy, doors unsecured, bed is uncomfortable, towels are dirty, tv cable channels blurry, unsavory breakfast, price is a hoax at 3,500pesos.

janinaprincess: right. Radiant Star Apartelle is such a ripoff. We could have stayed on a better place in Tagaytay. They just ruined our vacation there.


This coming weekend, we are having dinner at Antonios. I am excited!

hi sissies, i have no time to backread since were going there on saturday, i have ew questions, my b and i will be celebrating our 1st anniversary, so it would mean a lot to us. :-)

first, please give us a place to stay (clean, affordable, nice staff, great plae)
second, a romantic, yummy and affordable place to eat (yung mga tipong candlelight dinner sana)
third, yung church na nasa hill malayo ba yun? yun ba yung calaruega church? yung maganda? paano pumunta dun?
fourth, yung pag boat ba sa taal magkano and safe ba ngayon?
and lastly, ano pa po pwede gawin na romantic and fun aside from food trippings? zipline? etc.? thanks a lot po. :-)

1. Tagaytay Vista Lodge/Summit Ridge or Sonya's B&B. romantic ambiance. look up websites
2. Bag of Beans or Antonio's or Sonya's Garden (if you're into organic greens)

4. not sure if the govt already allows tourists to go boating around taal
5. stroll at Palace in the Sky, highest peak in Tagaytay. stroll at Tagaytay Vista Lodge and enjoy the ridge's beauty. enjoy your hotel room, maximize bonding time

mga sis, we're planning to go to enchanted kingdom this coming tuesday. since 2pm pa mag-oopen [textspeak!] ek we're planning to visit tagaytay first den ek na in the afternoon.. will it be possible? we're planning to leave early around 8am maybe(from oxford suites in makati) then pa-tagaytay na kami..

can you suggest tourist spots to visit that a tourist shoudn't miss? =) thank you girls!

this is one of my short-term goals, drive up to Tagaytay at sundown then spend the rest of the evening at a spa before checking in at a hotel. No need to worry about a grumbling gut, some food stores operate for 24 hours naman. Anyone here who has tried Banahaw spa near rotunda? There's also one at Olivarez plaza, I forgot its name though but they do have better facilities. Feedback pls

Hi sises.. Anybody knows kung paano pumunta ng MonteMaria, nasa Brgy. Amuyong, Alfonso Cavite daw yun eh, and kung ano malapit na murang hotel or Inn dito, plano kasi namin ni Hub na pumunta ng tagaytay on our Anniv eh nabalitaan ko na nagmimisa pla sa Monte Maria c Fr. Suarez, gusto ko sana mag attend ng mass nya, and humiling na rin na sana magkababy na kami... Bka [textspeak!] po may makakatulong sa akin dito ng directions. Thanks...

@princess_karryl, yes sis kaya. around 30 min away lang naman ang tagaytay from sta rosa ,vice versa.

We usually spend our overnight stays at Tagaytay Highlands. Love it coz I get to relax even just for a quick weekend break

mga sis balak ko sana mag tagaytay alone..di ba delikado?

mag comute lang sana ako then overnyt dun pa help naman mga sis!

1. san mura mag stay kasi alone nga ako..yung safe naman kahit papaano..
2. ano yung magandang IT na yung commute lang pano ko mapupuntahan yung mga spots pag commutelang meron ba dun tricle or sumthing?
3. pano pumunta ng calruega from tagaytay..balak ko din kasing pumunta..
