Is there such a role as senior team lead/assistant manager sa Accenture? Would anyone know how much rate for this position?

^sis associate manager (AM) ata ang tawag nila sa position na yun. sabi ng friend ko nasa 75k or 80k daw basic ng AM nila, pero 2years ago pa yun kasi nag resign na sya. not sure lang ngayon kasi alam ko nilakihan nila basic pay ng employees dahil binawasan yung benefits.

naloka ako sa mga tao kangina sa FX discuss yun retention bonus (para mapigil siguro attrition not sure) na na received nila last month. At ang laki laki ng na mention na amount 100k++ daw yun iba, but chosen one lang daw ang meron, pero sa ibang project daw halos lahat meron. Buti pa sila.wahaha bitter.com. Almost 2 months na ito usap usapan.haist almost 2 months na din ako baket kame wala kung true man meron? e sila kuya at ate naman ni confirm sa tsismisan nila, lalo tuloy ako napa huaaaaawatttt...hahaha. Pa SB na yun naka received dito lols.

sa start date sis hindi naman makaka-affect yun.. pero dapat maipasa mo siya kay Accenture before ka ma-regular.. ang maapektuhan diyan is your regularization.

@manhattanite - sis, lumang job levels nila ang senior team lead. kasi dyan sa ACN, 1 level higher lagi ang dapat na performance mo para mapromote ka. so before, ang senior team lead, level sya before mag manager. so, preparation level sya.

if solutions/it kayo, ang alam ko 28k na yun starting. kasi nawala na yung 14th month, 15k na medical reimbursement, etc. may mga hot skill bonus rin sila every quarter. meaning pag in demand yun skill mo, may quarterly monetary bonus ka marereceive, depende rin sa level mo.

i worked at ACN for almost 6 years. nadeploy ako sa US. even worked there na US dollar ang rate. maluwag sila sa mga trainings and malaki ang chance na mapadala sa ibang bansa lalo na kung deserve mo. i was just 2 years in the company when they sent me abroad.

I used to be with SES/PMO as an Analyst (SUB TL) in Accenture ,But I am no longer connected with them since August. Reason for leaving? unfair management, no perks, with work during holidays (with meal allowance of 150 but subject for numerous of approvals.), our location is in McKinley hill and no OT pay

Note mga sis 9 years nako sa Accenture and when I left, my salary is only 31K. reason for small salary? Before, 2009 OK pa ang increase sa ACN (1,500 - 2,000) however, after that, my increase became 300 - 500php.

They give more to those who will be newly hired but when you stay longer... expect the benefits to dwindle and you are lucky to be assigned on "diamond" clients kasi mas maganda ang perks pag mas mayaman ang project mo plus na kung considerate ang boss mo

^before 1,500 to 2k ang increase ko pag cpg. But when I moved to pcs, nag SAPG ako. ang increase ko? 500 yata. nung CPG naman ako naging 300 - 400.

Yup, it's performance based but note however this is also dependent on "business performance". ANother thing na nakaaffect sa increase ko is nasa ceiling na ang salary ko for my level. example.. if Analyst level, until 31K ka lang. if performer ka and supposedly ang increase mo is let's say 1K. hindi sya isasama sa basic mo. ibibigay sya na bonus sayo for a year every month (12K) - this happened to me twice. after a year.. balik ka ulit sa 31 K.

The only way para makapag increase ka sa basic is to be promoted, unfortunately, binabago nila ang eligibility for promotion. like dapat at least SAPG ka for the past 2 performance period, readiness at ang walang kamatayang "business needs". If walang open or room for promotion, sorry nalang

Yup, I agree, "Business need". Especially if you're stuck in a project with a very large team, then yung supervisor/approver mo handles like 20 people or more, unless talagang napapansin ka in a positive way, there's a very slim chance of getting a promotion/increase or even an APG/SAPG/VTPG rating.

I don't believe in 'team in "diamond" client' perks though, but yes, with the considerate boss/manager. I got deployed into a project where the boss wanted a small team kaya sa kanya kami talaga natuto, and the supposed perks divided amongst multiple team members are just shared between a small number of people. Yun nga lang, may times na tagang taga kami sa trabaho.
