anyway, i just signed my contract sa accenture. TIPS naman po for the enviroment, job sa BPO specially verizon and people. Appreciate your help, this month na kase start ko mga sis!

Hi Sissies!

A former employee here coming from the Infra side of ACN. I was there for 5 1/2 years and this year, I decided to move out and move on in terms of career growth. Ok naman si Accenture. If you're willing to working in a fast paced and stressful environment, then go.

In the long run, marami naman din kayo matututunan dito especially in terms of dealing with different types of people.

For those asking about the company's benefits...so far, this is the only company that I know who has a big coverage in HMO for their regular employees. I'm not sure if the SL/Health bonus is still there, but when I was still employed here, yes they do have which is given every November. But they've lowered the medicine reimbursement.

Additional bonuses includes LVP (Local Variable Pay), HSB (Hot Skill Bonus)
Allowances: Meal/Taxi/Transportation/Shift Premium and OT pay if rendered more than 16 hrs of OT, then that's when you get paid by the company.

By the way, BPO and Tech employees have different benefit packages. What I have stated above are some of the benefits from the workforce that I came from...Services Non BPO.

I'm working for Verizon!

Well for career growth in my opinion hindi maganda sa Verizon. Pero with the perks and incentives ok naman siya..yung career growth nga lang talaga nakaka-disappoint.

panu pag mapull-out na ng client [textspeak!] project from accenture?
may redeployment diba, what if hindi mo gusto or the posititon is not fit for you. what will happen?

under solutions ka ba? Or bpo? Kung solutions ka malamang magiging bench ka tapos ihahanap ka ng project with your skill. Pero kung bpo no idea ako dun.

FY14 benefits and compensation packages for solutions, sobrang daming nabago. Andaming nawala.

Hindi na ganun ka competitive ang compensation package ng accenture compared to when I started working with the company 7 years ago.

Reassessing my other options...

Sorry, am asking for a friend. Magkano salary ng TL sa Accenture? She's currently dating one at itong friend ko eh isip ang ginagamit kaya gusto niya malaman, pero ayaw niya naman tanungin kay guy.

I heard about this, too. I've been with Accenture for one year pa lang pero ang dami na agad nawawala. Sad.

^ Ako naman I am hoping na sana okay talaga yung increase this September. If so, okay pa din naman for me. If not. haaay... Isa pa palang masama lang loob ko yung sa HSB.

In case some of you are not yet informed, we will have an Absence Management where you will have to call a hotline where a nurse will answer and diagnose daw? Di na daw tatanggapin ng TL yung text na SL ako. Yung nurse daw dapat ang call sa TL kung SL ka. Saan ka pa?

Proficiency 0,1,2,3,4. P-0 is trained while P-4 is expert. Last year pa once a year na lang yun HSB.
