Nakakamiss din accenture. Pero that doesnt mean babalik ako ha. hehe. The organization where I am right now offers a very good compensation compared sa accenture. Kaso minsan I miss the travel perks / onshore. Pati na din yung mga trainings na free. hehe.

Tumatanggap ba ang Accenture ng OJT for Comsci students? My sister is a Comsci student from UST. Naghahanap na kasi sya ng OJT for this coming summer.

I will be graduating this school year, okay ba mag apply dito? I am an IT student. Para kasing ever since, gusto ko na talaga dito mag work. Sadly, dami ko naririnig na negative feedback about ACN. But then, sabi naman ng iba, if I will be only looking for experience then ACN is a great choice.

dont be discouraged po, marami man negative syempre unique bawat tao so iba din tyak maexperience mo... marami ko ni aadmire na mga leads at managers dito. Try mo po

... but it is true kasi ganito din experience ko dito... so parents esp moms really need to find that balance in order to succeed...

A good company to start your career. They provide good training and if you're really good, let you get certified as well. Most IT companies requires it's employee to work long hours or be on call. Better na sanayin mo na ang sarili mo sa ganun. Though mas mababa sila magpasahod sa employees nila but the stress level is nothing compared to some companies.

I think 4 levels of interview na daw meron ang ACN ngayon. If I remember correctly (for fresh graduates): Screening Interview, Behavioral interview and final interview. For experience hiring, Screening Interview, Behavioral Interview, Technical interview, final interview. There are also cases that they will forward you for second round of technical interview, depending if they see your skills fit to their other opening.

Kung it ang inapplayan mo sis more on sa ginagawa mo lang sa work. Napansin ko dati wala idea yung ng interview sakin about sa technology. Kaya nagtanong lang siya about sa resume ko.
