I plan to resign... after all these years... of course, I had my share of happy years.. though yeah I'd have to agree happiness is relative... happiness is a choice but there comes a point when your preferences have changed. It's just sad that I no longer see myself working for ACN in the next year or so... True -- you have to get lucky getting assigned to a very good project, with less politics. So, good luck to us all. :-)

Amen! I have been with accenture for 7 years and I have always been vocal with what I wanted to every lead, manager and senior executive that I meet. Sadly, no one would give me the opportunity in ACN. I left the company last August 31,2011.

^ hey same here... a little over 7yrs din ako when I left ACN last May... I was unhappy din but mostly because personal commitments were getting in the way of my work na so I left before i completely crashed and burned sa trabaho...

in my opinion, ACN is a good employer naman but one must be prepared to consistently put in the work talaga, i.e. long hours, varying/increasing complexities, etc... on a daily basis or for long stretches... 

the thing i miss most? my hp laptop  ... the silent witness to my woes and joys while in ACN, hehe...

Only the amount in excess of P30,000 is taxable.

Also, it doesn't matter kung isinabay sa sweldo ang 13th month pay, annualized ang computation ng tax.
