^ same din po ba ito sa BPO? kasi galing ako ng supervisory level sa ibang CC before I applied there.. I've had leadership seminars completed, maganda naman ang work (3 supervisory jobs) and academic background ko, pero level G lang ako nilagay, I doubt naman na comm skills ko yun kasi I aced the comms exams and okay naman interview ko... kaya balik agent tuloy ako, but since need ko talaga ng work nun, hindi na ako nakipag negotiate sa rate ko or sa position na inoffer sa akin nun...

^ hmmm... di ko rin alam kung ano sagot sa tanong mo e. nalungkot naman ako for you. may mga kakilala kasi ako na nung pumasok sila with experience e mas mataas na agad yung position nila.

^ nalungkot din ako.. I was looking for career advancement, pero wala rin.. ayun after a year nagresign din ako.. kasi high na yata ako sa antibiotics, at nahihilo na ako kaka CBC hehe.. halos bwan bwan.. kasi yung laryngitis ko nagpaulit-ulit.. kaya lagi ako maysakit..

tapos sis nag apply ako sa IJP for comms coach.. it was the same position I had sa prev work.. pero declined ako dahil sa tenure.. they chose to train tenured agents for the job.. I just find that really unfair.. kasi qualified ako dahil alam ko na kung pano gawin yun work and experience ko is 1 year comms coach + 2 years sa ESL.. pero yun nga, hindi man lang ako nabigyan ng chance na mainterview.. as in decline agad, sa HR rep pa lang namin.. excited pa naman sup ko na may mapromote sa amin.. hay...

but honestly, kung magiging okay na ulit health ko, mag-aaply ulit ako sa ACN, kung may opening ng comms coach...

Hi Sisses from Accenture! I'm wondering if you have heard of the Project Management Associate post. would like to know what do they exactly do ba. im scheduled for interview kasi for that post kaso i'm thinking kung aattend pa ko kasi i heard maliit daw salary offer sa accenture pero kung maganda naman yung nature ng work why not..masyado kasing broad yung job description online eh..sana someone could enlighten me..thanks in advance!

sis suggest ko punta ka sa interview tapos ask mo exactly kung ano yung gagawin mo pag nakuha ka. then kung may job offer na dun mo makikita yung actual compensation package for you.

friday pa lang meron na yun. lage kasing maaga yung bigay ng sahod. like nung last payday lang 15 is monday pero friday ng early morning e meron na.

I was texted accenture yesterday. Pero nakapag-exam na po ako doon last July pa, di ko lang po napuntahan yung interview kasi nawala ko yung slip. Yung position dati na inoffer was training admin, pero nung tinawagan ko sila, accounting assistant, night shift na

maganda po ba offer sa ganitong position? fresh grad po ako. Thanks!

^ mas maganda kung punta ka na lang sa interview and job offer. para malaman mo yung offer sa iyo. tsaka mo compare sa ibang companies na na-applyan mo.

mga sis pa pm naman ng compensation and benefits for non voice account dito sa ACN..
i have 3 years work experience for a non voice account din.. plan ko sana apply this coming week sa edsa pioneer site.. ask ko din kung may referral bonus dito baka pwede nyo ako i-refer..
sat sun off ba dito or nag split off din dito? ano usual shift dito for non voice account?

may tinatawag kasing target pay, if you’re current salary is close to ur target pay, malaki ang probability na maliit lang yung percentage increase and vice versa.

16% kung mataas depends on you. meron kaseng iba na kung 10k+ ang increase kahit anong % solved na :-D merong iba 10%+ solved na rin. :-D

mine is 17% and i consider it high :-D

^^Oh! thanks sis! hubby kasi is working sa libis and sabi nag level up daw sya G na sya now. pero bakit ngayon wala pa din yung raise for the level.1 month na sya jan sa libis eh wala pa din yung raise.

regarding increase, i think di naman basis yung percentage, kasi iba-iba naman yung base pay..kahit 10% lang increase mo eh 100K naman base pay mo edi 10k increase mo.. kung 50% increase mo tapos 20K base pay mo edi 10K din increase diba.. pero gano man kalaki o kaliit increase, yung "happiness" naman is relative.. any amount is a blessing.. thank you Bro

ok sa accenture... dipende lang talaga kung san ka mapupunta na work... merong work na easy lang ang daily life meron ding super stressful to the point na makakalimutan mong mag lunch at umuwi... haha...

baby pa ko sa accenture... I'll be 1 year tomorrow... how I wish mahalin ko talaga work ko dito..

marami kasing time na nababagot ako sa mga ginagawa...
