Pushing to 4 years na ako dito. For Workload? Depende yan sa project but being with DCN ISU....pressure is on us ALWAYS. Para kaming F&S. Hahaha! Salary? Not competitive as to other companies. Benefits? Dito ka panalo---sa health benefits, community.

Its almost been a year na rin pala yung leakage ng salaries namin.
I hope sa Sept. bonggahan naman nila ang increase. Kamote!

^ hi sis! mas maganda kung wait mo na lang yung offer sa iyo. Magkakaiba talaga ang suweldo depende sa experience. AFAIK sinisigurado ng Accenture na maganda yung maging package mo based on your credentials.
