yehey!! I am rehired by accenture na. mas mataas offer nila for re-hire ha, pero bonded na ko. but im happy. :-)

swtgrl_bee, sa libis ako dati sa Cybergate sa pioneer, madaming non-voice account sa accenture. and mababa offer pag ala experience pero pag nagtagal ka magiging ok din ang lahat, at ok din sa benefits. kung my experience naman, malamang tatapatan naman nila magkano offer ng current employer mo. :-)

@pretty_ava, ikaw ba yung nagtatanung kung sweldo na?, yung may hubby from accenture?

ako naman i'm thinking of moving to another company... been with ACN (Solutions Workforce - ITO) for almost 7yrs... nagsawa na ata ako... o masyado lang akong nappressure, mommie na kasi ako and i want to spend more time with my husband and my daughter...

tingin nyo mga fellow ACN g'talkers? i'm thinking if it's a good decision to leave ACN....

hi sis, just in case ba IT pa rin ang gusto mo ipursue with the other company/s? if your answer is yes, baka wala ring masyadong difference sa ginagawa natin sa ACN.

have you thought of moving into another workforce? baka lang sakaling mas lighter ang load sa ibang workforce. o kaya naman sa DEX ng solutions pa rin.

btw, i'm also a mom of 2 boys (7 & 2); hubby is also from IT pero from a different company. i'm doing AM type of work pero since more of proj management na ang pinagkakaabalahan ko hindi na ako nag-oot and di na rin nagsusupport sa house. also, i make it a point na sa mga outing ng project ko, sinasama ko yung family ko. so hitting 2 birds in one stone

naka-bond ko na yung members ko, naka-bond ko rin ang family ko.

isa pa pala, are you a member of AWMO? magmember ka sis kung di ka pa member, para at least alam mo rin yung sentiments ng ibang working moms na katulad natin

pero syempre, nasa'yo pa rin ang last decision kung saan ka mas magiging happy and fulfilled
