naku wala ng sasagot sa akin if my sweldo na kayo.  si hubby nawala na din project nya, yung STAR ata yun, then nalipat na sya sa ibang project pero good thing eh sa pioneer pa din hindi nalipat sa libis o dito sa mckinley hill.

PM mo naman ako sis sa mga systems ng accenture. pano yong mga kalakaran, pano yong mga benefits. mag aply kasi ako next wek. agyamanak ti anya man nga advice sis..

Pretty Ava, basta hindi naglalabas ng pera ang Metrobank ng Lunes. and pag merong  31st ang bwan, sa 31st papasok yung sweldo hindi sa 30th, saka morning pa lang mga 7 am meron na, minsan 6 am. kapag weekends naman nagdrop ang 15th and katapusan, automatic Friday ng hapon meron na pwede mo ng ma-hold up hubby mo hehe.. hope this helps. hehe. nako sis, inuunti unti ata kame na ilipat sa libis. yung friend kasi ng officemate ko from Solutions, lilipat din sa Libis pero good for your husband hindi sila pinatapon dun. pahirapan kasi byahe, mga kasamahan ko nagrent ng apartment kasi lage kame naka-taxi.

^miss ko na din accenture. i've worked there for 3 years. super dami ko natutunan and dami kong nakuhang trainings and certifications.

pasali. i worked in accenture for three years. dami ko din natutunan dito. tapos super dali ka makahanap ng work pag alam nila from accenture ka kasi most companies know how rigid un training dito saka gano katindi ng workload. yun system namin Oracle and Rumba.

pasali din, i have an interview on tuesday. sis baka pwede naman kayo share ng tips. super kelangan ba na super galing mag-english with matching accent?  for nurse account ako. i did not apply directly, tinawagan lang ako ng recruitment department. nag-start na ba ang nurse account nyo? how was it? pano po ba exam dito, may exam daw din ako and then interview. wheew kinakabahan ako!

sis bpo ako dati dito...A/R...hindi naman need masyado magaling mag english as long as you can express your self clearly.

yung exam ang medyo mahirap..hindi ko nga alam pano ako nakapasa

pero review ka english then math tapos me logical exam.

^ i was supposed to be with accenture these days. kaso there was a sudden turn of events dito sa current work ko kaya ni-withdraw ko application sa accenture. pero madalas, i still ask myself how will it be kaya if i pushed through my career sa accenture.

if you dont mind sis, why did you resign sa accenture? i heard kasi super toxic nga daw.. i was supposed to hold a G/A analyst level F position, kaso yun nga..

^nagkasakit baby ko tapos nagkaproblem kami ng TL ko so i decided to resign.

sis un 3years ko happy ako dun kasi para na kaming family eh tapos un work though madami pero challenging pa din for me.
if hindi ako nagkababy nandun pa din ako kasi i super love them kaya lang kasi sobrang priority ko baby ko kasi back then single parent ako so i can depend to no one when it comes to my baby.

nagresign ako sa accenture last Feb 16.. kasi lage ako nagkakasakit.. sa ACCBS po ako.. kung hindi lang tlaga nanghina katawan ko, i will not resign from accenture...

btw, hindi ko nakuha yung IPB ko.. kasi when I resigned, mid month.. hindi naman sinabi sa akin ng TL ko na maapektuhan ang bonus ko.. SAPG pa naman sana rating ko.. nakakahinayang kasi magagamit ko sana sa wedding ko this year.. kaso nga dahil mid month daw ako ng resign and yung eval ay from sept-feb, hindi ko na nakuha.. kala ko nung una, may pag-asa pa kasi nirelease yung ratings, hindi pa rin tapos yung feb.. so I thought baka macount pa yun from sept to january ko.. when I got my backpay nasad ako..
