Dora's outfit is pretty generic, I'm sure you can find a plain pink shirt and purple shorts (are they purple??) at dept stores.

For our daughter's binyag, we're buying her a dress from Zara for her "before the ceremony" attire... baptismal gown is gonna be made by Veejay Floresca... her reception attire will be from RL or maybe from Zara again... basta something presko

My daughter's 3rd birthday is an intimate McDonalds party lang for her and her first cousins on both sides. I bought her a peach pleated dress from Gingersnaps and gold studded t-strap flats from Marie Antoinette. I want her to be comfortable and free to move around during her party.

My friend ended up making my daughter's gown, he made 2 - a frilly pink one for her birthday party and a carnival themed one just for fun. Both gowns turned out fantastic! He's really a wedding gown designer but I'm encouraging him to branch out into baby outfits too. Everyone at our party kept wanting to touch my daughter's gown!

Tshirt and Tutu skirt yung outfit ni Baby nung birthday nya 2 weeks ago.  KY collection yung gumawa.  (https://www.facebook.com/pages/KYs-Collection/170539129665088).  At sya lang ang palpak sa lahat ng suppliers ko.  Night before the party e nagpunta pa kami sa mall to buy dress.  Buti Hello Kitty ang theme namin at madami sa SM.

Ang nakakainis pa nung tinawagan ko to ask bakit iba sa napag usapan namin yung damit e tinanung pa ko kung anung itsura.  Hindi pala nya nakita.  Na high blood ako sa kanya ng bongga.  Kaya beware mga sis sa pakikipag transact online.  Make sure na hands on yung seller.  Hindi yung makagawa lang.  Yung t-shirt ang palpak.  Nagpadala ulet sya ng pangalawa pero mali pa rin.  Yung tutu e acceptable naman.  Ang problema di nya sinabi umpisa pa lang na pagka received ko nung tutu e ako pa ang kelangang mag cut.  Jusko, nagpuyat pa ko.

Post ko yung damit pag na upload ko na.  Nasa CP ko kasi.

I initially wanted Veluz to make our daughter's baptismal gown. Her starting rate was 30k yata, if I remember correctly. I remember asking pa Annie, her assistant if I can pay extra for extra extra embroidery and embellishments. In the end, I was worried that since she's a very busy and successful wedding gown maker na, baka she'll be way in over her head when she makes our baby's gown.

So we had Veejay Floresca make it. I can't remember how much it costs, I think 20k? 25k? He's based overseas so we mainly discussed what I wanted through email. Sent him pegs too.

For 25K he better provide a slip! What's the dress made of?

^The dress is piña and the slip is made of stretch silk charmeuse. Yeah it's good he provided a slip. Sabi ko I just want a simple one that our daughter can wear before the rites.

hello mga sis, just wondering if you have other suggestions for baby outfits? i asked Baby Fashionista for made to order dress and unfortunately it's out of my budget. Suggestions are welcome

^Do you have a specific design or peg for the dress? Landmark has great baby dresses for less than 1K. Or check Gingersnaps or Peppermint. I'm personally not a fan of Baby Fashionista.

My daughter's second party dress during her first birthday was from the GH tiangge lang but it fit her theme perfectly

For my baby's binyag, I bought a baptismal gown with cap and booties sa Landmark (P899), white/pink.  Since pinapatong lang naman sya, so papausot ko muna sa kanya yung isa nyang cotton romper.  Now, I'm planning to buy a dress for the reception.  Ano  kaya ang mas comfortable and practical for baby, baptismal dress (lace, silk) or everyday cotton dress na lang?

Kundi lang ako nagmadaling bumili, I would have bought a baptismal dress na lang instead of gown which she can use both in church and at the reception.  Akala ko kasi required na naka baptismal gown then I realized na may binigay na palang (di ko alam ang term) parang malaking bib na may cross design na ilalagay na lang kay baby during the ceremony. 

Anyways, ayun in search ako ng damit ni baby pang reception.

Do you know mga nagcucustomize or nagtatahi? We couldn't find sa malls including sa net ng costume for baby's bday this coming June. We were thinking magpagawa na lang. Tia!
