We celebrated hubby's birthday at Hotel H2O last month. My daughter and her cousin super love their Aqua room!

stayed at the newly-renovated suite in Waterfront Manila Pavilion. infernes, achieve dito for wedding preps, i think.

last month, we had an overnight stay at the peninsula manila. we booked two superior rooms and luckily, the pen had an ongoing weekend promo so we got the 2 rooms for the price of 1. (P7500 for 2 superior rooms). fantastic deal!

just last week, we had a two-night stay at hotel h2o naman. i booked 3 regular rooms a full month in advance. there's a 20% discount for 30-day advance purchases, so we paid about P5000 per room na lang. the best part was, since it was a high-occupancy weekend when we stayed there, and our booking was advanced, two of our rooms got free upgrades: one to a deluxe suite and the other to a premier suite. ang saya ng stay namin sa h2o! we had such an enjoyable time.

^ super sulit ang Pen noh? we took advantage of the long weekend and had a 2night stay in the Pen.
We only paid for 1 night since we used the overnight stay voucher c/o our Peninsula card.
Sakto we availed all our remaining vouchers: whole cheesecake uber uber delish! as in mouthwatering
and a cabernet sauvignon which they sell at 6k raw. Super happy with Peninsula membership

Anyone stayed at F1 Hotel at BGC? How was it? I booked this hotel as its closer to where my sis lives and near restaurants/shops. Hubby and I will be in Pinas for a quick trip in a few months and I hope this place is good

Any feedback on Remington Hotel in Newport City? Thinking of booking a room there for New Year's Eve pero nag aalangan ako kung okay ba or shell out 2K+ and go to Marriott instead?

Okay siya. The lobby is small and unimpressive, but the room is larger than I expected. For me, sulit sya.

^^para sa akin sis hindi maganda ang marriott. ang mahal tapos ang liit ng room mas nag-enjoy ako sa fairmont (makati), malaki yong room & bathroom plus ang ganda ng service. ganda pa ng location tabi lang ng landmark, so kung kakain kayo sa labas madaming choices

Was in Oakwood Ortigas last weekend and the rooms were so huge and complete with all your household needs. I was just a guest so am wondering what's the rate hehe

^^ Stayed in Oakwood Joy Nostalg in Ortigas last year. 1 BR Deluxe for three days and two nights. Running rate then was P7-8,000++/night.

Room wise, pinaka maganda siya sa mga napag stay-an ko. (Shang, Manila, Traders, Marriott, Sofitel etc. - in Manila) location wise Ok din since the podium is just right across and there's also a Pure Gold Jr next to the podium if you wanted to do the groceries and cook for your family.

I agree with Marriott, mas mahal pa siya sa Sofitel (na old but spacious rooms) eh maliit lang rooms nila. Food too is really expensive. Well, baka lang kasi I was there during the holidays.

which do you prefer,, Victoria or Eurotel??? i've heard they are trying to build a new image for eurotel which is not just a love motel but a real good hotel

rocky agree, marriott hotel are just more of the marketing strategies that's why they have people who patronage them

It's okay sis. The lobby is big and grand and their rooms have two double beds, perfect for a party of 4.

Ok ang wifi (free) inside the rooms and maluwag ang hallways between rooms and the elevator. May vending machines pa in every floor for snacks and drinks plus McDo and 7/11 are just downstairs and right across Newport Mall

I don't recommend their buffet breakfast. It's too pricey for the amount in their spread kasi konti lang talaga. Pero all in all good experience naman sa Remington Hotel And hindi naman rinig ang planes inside the room. We had a good sleep

Hindi siya kasing bongga siyempre ng Marriot pero for its price (around 2K) it's super worth it na! Double the price ang Marriot right?

Mga sis I really want to have my parents and sibs experience a Staycation sa budget na kaya ko. Ano bang hotel within the Metro ang pwede na under 5K for a spacious room with Kitchen? I know strict ang mga hotels when it comes to occupancy mostly max of 3 pax lang per room kahit super laki ng room. Sobrang naghahanap ako sa internet wala naman ako makita plus yung mga nagaalok ng Sulit vouchers parang medyo nakakakaba naman to purchase.

We stayed in Oakwood last weekend and sobrang dami namin pero sneaky move lang pagpasok. D ko alam rate nila e. Guest din lang ako dun.

Astoria Plaza in Ortigas is spacious sis, may kitchen & dining area ang 1BR nila. Around 4k lang per night.

@daveigh - mura nga via asiatravel.com am trying to booking 1BR with free buffet breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid (free daw e) plus with complete kitchen facilities pa. Sulit. Sakto malapit lang sa amin ang Astoria  because taga-pasig din kami. I forgot about the hotel. haha.. thanks!!!

Finally! I was able to book at Astoria via Asia Travel for a 1BR suite complete with kitchen facility so pwede magsalu-salo. Hehe! Bilis lang ng transaction at affordable!
