^pwedeng-pwede naman! you can even ask the receptionist na guy na sasalubong sa inyo to let you check the rooms so you can choose before you pick kung ano swak sa pansala mo eh. that's what i did before. we went around the 4 victoria courts sa pasig just so we can compare rooms, and prices

^ sis,  among the 4-5 star hotels, which u think ang may pinakaromantic na atmosphere? Parang european design

^You may want to check boutique hotels like Hotel Celeste. Most 4-5 stars hotels don't really have a 'romantic' atmosphere on them so dapat talaga boutique hotels or just like what another sis mentioned dito, you'd want to go for VC siguro.

^^right! best bet nga is hotel celeste. or 7 suites hotel in antipolo, kaso pricey talaga siya. why not try the boutique in tagaytay?

i agree! for special occasions talaga siya na worth spending money and time to relax and have a romantic getaway

stayed at hotel celeste last week. maganda talaga, lalo na yung suite! libre lang kami.

na-try ko rin sa victoria court - malate nung birthday ko last march. yun ang wish ko kasi sa husband ko, na dalhin niya ako dun. i loved the whole experience. at dahil birthday ko, i got a 50% discount pa.

Recently stayed at Oakwood -- LOVED it! We got a 2-BR apartment, and the place was massive!! Probably my new fave hotel in Manila.  Notwithstanding the fact that the girl manning the housekeeping line was the most bored, disinterested person ever.

^you're right sis! Love everything about Oakwood! I got a 2-BR and 3-BR apartment for my wedding preparations, and won a 1-BR stay some time right after my wedding. Even the 1-BR apartment is huge!!! Definitely my new fave hotel in Manila. Pristine and so elegant! Loved the breakfast too at Oakroom!

^ How fantastic that you won a 1-BR stay!!! Lucky you!!! To be honest, I'm very picky with bathrooms. Even if it's a nice suite but the bathroom is a bit ugh -- wag na lang.  Like Discovery Suites, I did not like the tiles used for the CR because madaling magkaron ng slipper dirt marks ughhh hahahaha. Anyway, in fairness to Oakwood, not only are their apartments very nice; the bathrooms are too! Especially the marble one in the master's bedroom of the 2-BR apartment.

I've seen a lot of raves about Oakwood. I've been wanting to book them for my husband's birthday celeb in September but I noticed that Agoda and Asiatravel doesn't include breakfast buffet in their rates. Would anyone of you know how much the breakfast rate is per person?

anyone here recently stayed sa manila hotel? some rooms kase are refurbished others are not? also, napansin ko kase na when you book  a room may kasama na package. like you get a room and also a kalesa tour sa intramuros. is that a good deal? another hotel i am looking at is armada hotel manila. Has anyone stayed there?
