Party Host and entertainment suggestions please (for 2nd Birthday celebration)

@marose17 thanks se feedback although alam kong magaling siya, what you said convinced me more BTW, if I may ask, kung 3pm-6pm siya, my party is at 3pm-7pm. My prob is I hired The Golden Show too, I haven't discussed the program flow with my PP, ang worry ko lang paano ba maadjust yun? I mean, shempre dapat singit [textspeak!] show sa program ni Alex, eh gusto ko sana complete rin [textspeak!] games and magic ni Alex kasi I heard maganda nga. I'm worried kasi I heard puputulin daw [textspeak!] ibang magic ni Alex and sometimes baka madaliin [textspeak!] balloon burst and cake blowing. Do you know how this goes?

^ Discuss it with him na lang so he can make adjustments to the program.  I also had another show before, puppet show naman.  Hindi naman binawasan ni Alex ang inclusions sa package niya.  But we did start the party on time.

I suggest ilagay mo sa invite that the party will start 30 minutes earlier than your real sked.  Marami kasing late comers.

marose17, i wish i could i already asked the manager of china place but they cant do anything about it dahil yun talaga ang schedule nila. i think nasa policy ng pan pacific hotel manila yun.

Hi sis, naku, please dont get me wrong. I saw from gt and sp na super ok si Symond. It's just that I really wanna get Alex L. but there's a conflict lang with the schedule. My 2nd choice is Flooch, booked narin siya for my date. 3rd choice is Wizzo, booked narin siya. My 4th choice is Symond, and siya nga lang yung available. Normal lang siguro yung nafi-feel ko sis. Hopefully naman, maging ok lahat. I might deposit dp na tom to Symond's acct. Unless meron pa mag suggest sakin dito sa gt na host/magician

I already sent Symond a dep So, final na talaga siya. We talked kanina sa phone and so far so good naman. Hay, I hope everything's gonna be alright... Kinakapos na ako ng hininga everytime maiisip ko ang party ni daughter.

^ Better ang magic show, seamless kasi, mas funny and witty siya, mas articulate, mas organized ang flow ng program, kuwela ang games niya, mas gusto ko ang personality niya, bibong tito ang dating niya sa akin.  I've seen Alex at work many times, and lagi pa rin akong natatawa.  Hindi ako nagsasawa.

you can try Gymboree... they have party packages inclusive of venue, 1 hour program for the kids and invitations.

Ito yung hindi ko alam noon. Buti walang ibang party si Alex. Nakapunta sya ng before 2pm sa venue noon i love him too

hi sis ystine we had wizzo for my daughter's 1st bday party! he's so good! i love his magic with illusion show he's very systematic too when it comes to games and entire program. mabait din siya we were exchanging texts and emails a month before the party and he was patient enough to answer all my queries.

meron bang magician na magaling naman pero nasa 5k lang ang rate? puppeteer kaya? na naghohost din?

our host was butch gonzales (8k with sound system and 2 assistants). i liked him. mabait siya, madaling kausap, magaling mag-english, matiyaga and masipag. he was able to carry the program and na-convince niya yung kids na mag-join ng games. on the down side, he was a little late so parang medyo namadali yung program ng kaunti. his magic tricks, balloon twisting and ventri were simple lang pero natuwa naman yung kids. i can't say that he's super funny and dynamic pero napatawa naman niya yung kids. the adults mostly appreciated that he was good in english pero wala akong nakuhang reaction from the adults na super naaliw sa kaniya. wala din naman nagsabing corny or something like that. overall, i'd give him a 3.5 out of 5. happy naman ako and most importantly, nag-enjoy naman yung son ko. hth!

Hi guys. I'm preparing as early as now for my son's 1st birthday party in November and I'd like to ask for your suggestions on what kind of program you guys think would be age-appropriate for the guests. Most of them would be from ages 6-11 y/o na kasi and I'm not sure if a magic show with balloon twisting would still be appreciated by that age range. What do you guys think? And ifever, who of the party hosts do you think would best be able to entertain my son's little guests? I want someone who can speak english fluently and isn't too expensive din sana coz there would still be a lot of other party stuff to prepare for din. TIA!
