newbie here.. after giving birth I got stretchmarks on my thighs part.. Im using sunflower oil from HHN, 2 times ako nag aaply so far nag lighten siya.. di na masyado halata.. 1 month pa lang ako gumagamit ng sunflower oil..

hay nakakastress talaga ang stretch mark im 6 mos preggy pero may stretch mark ako sa boobs... gustong gusto.ko.ng gumamit ng kung ano.ano mawala.lang. anyway guys how about erase and rose hip oil? how much yung sun flower oil?

^ if hhn sunflower oil yan sis, 100 ml=250 and 50 ml=130.

I use hhn sunflower oil and body butter. so far naglighten na din stretchmarks ko.

sabi nung beteranang midwife kanina sa akin during my check-up, try ko din daw oil. baby oil, olive oil, coconut oil. 8 months pa lang din ako pero dami na rin reddish stretchies. inuubos ko lang yung current lotion ko then I'll try oils, too. tama, basta religiously apply anything to moisturize the skin, I guess it will help. Don't forget to hydrate din, like drink lots of water.

Plan ko magpalaser after giving birth. May alam ba kayong clinic na naglalaser ng stretchmarks? And how much? Effective rin ba?

Please be careful with using baby oil specially during summer... Baby oil is "perfumed mineral oil" and it can cause irritation on your skin since it's not easily absorbed by the skin. Mineral oil is notoriously known to be a major pore clogger in skincare products so this is to be used with caution specially if you have sensitive skin

I only got stretchmarks on my butt and on my inner legs but I just diligently applied bio oil and my usual Body Shop Body Butter twice a day and I noticed the marks became lighter 4 months post partum

My Ob said that you really cannot cure stretchmarks due to pregnanacy unless gagastos ka for surgery. She said that the prevention is to drink Vitamin E and apply lotion to the parts na mag s stretch a few month before ka mabuntis. Buti nalang naging habit ko na dati pa ang maglagay ng lotion all over my body including my tummy. So hindi ako nagka stretchmark talaga. Yung problem ko lang dati is yung sa gitna ng tiyan ko na parang may zipper. hehe Pero nawala din siya a few weeks after I gave birth.

^But the problem with Vit E is not everybody's hiyang with this... I for one get major breakouts everytime I eat or put anything with Vit E (supplements, those cremes with Vit E etc) you just really need to keep yourself hydrated and at the same time, be diligent in putting products that can improve your skin's elasticity before, during and after pregnancy

^ I also have breakouts with Myra Vit E. But when I tried the one my MIL got from the US, hindi naman. I forgot the name. But it's 400IU. Para siyang gel type.

Eto cause ng depression ko, since di nagwork out relationship naming mag.bf after I gave birth to our first baby. Inlove na inlove sakin bf ko nung dalaga pa ko dahil flawless pa ko nun. Ok sakin kahit magmake love kami with lights on. Ngayon zero. nasa gitna nlng palagi si baby. Di narin kami ngmamake love ,siguro he finds stretchmarks yucky. Were like roommates nlng. Gusto kong mainlove ulit, pero sa ibang guy na pero pano? Wala na yung self confidence ko dahil dito sa stretchmarks ko sa tummy. As in buong tummy ko. Pati thighs ko, boobs ko, butt ko. Nagderma roller ako pero pumuti lang sya, ang pangit parin. Nakakafrustrate na, i can say na dahil sa stretchmarks na to, nawala spark sa relasyon namin. Gusto kong bumalik yung dating tummy ko na flat at flawless. Pero parang imposible na ata yun
