mama squeak!... yup, it was issued in Oct 2014 in the US. i guess the booth will not be going away unless they stop collecting terminal fees from passengers with tickets issued outside the phils.

They should train the airports staffs.  First and foremost, the customer service is very unprofessional.  Kitang kita that they are charging their cellphones in front of the clients tapos may electric fan pa sa face nila.  They just look really unprofessional.

The guards led us up the escalator so we were late sa boarding.  We got used to the old airport and dun kami sa miascor lounge where we can hear the call from cathay.

Dito, wala, we didn't hear a thing.  We got left by the plane and ended up in the afternoon flight.

what I don't like sa Clark Airport was there was no shuttle kahit man lang sana every 2 hrs for 24 hrs to go to Manila.  Yes, they do have the taxis (which are costing too much, 400 pesos and in my case dahil sobrang nagmamadali ako i paid 500, kahit nga yong jeep nila that costs 100 pesos) to go to Dau.  Online sa websites nakalagay na me after 1230pm, me 530 pm na susunod na bus.  I asked the guards non and the others, they are not aware.  Dumating ako Clark ng 1pm.  nag-antay ako sobrang tagal, nag-aalala na rin parents ko kasi di ako marunong mag-commute.  buti natanong ko yong isa sa mga naka-ID non na naglalakad, sabi wala na daw 530pm kaya napilitan na ko mag-commute to Dau.  Ambigat pa namang ng luggage ko.  (wala kami sasakyan kaya i have to commute on my own).

Next last minute changes on Trinoma lounge.  Holy week non so di kami nagpunta ng trinoma just to ask.  We arrived in trinoma last Sunday ng 5 mins after 7.  kakaalis lang daw ng shuttle kasi daw effective apr 1 binago na raw nila ang oras.  sabi ko sa frustration ko, dapat inupdate din nila mga websites nila na ganon nga esp. holy week yon para alam ng mga tao.  ayun, nagcommute ako ulit to Dau ambigat ng bag ko.  Yong dating flight ng sister ko nong December na ang shuttle scheduled for 730, umalis lang ng trinoma 8 am.  so di rin sila consistent.

Sana man lang Clark Airport will have a shuttle that is scheduled with timing sa mga dumadating na flights.  Same goes with Trinoma.  Ang hirap kaya.  yong ibang kasabay ko mas madami pang luggage sa akin.

Buti pa dito sa KL, madaming bus to go to the city, yong shuttle din nila every 15 to 30 mins ata.  So malamang nito, pag dumating ulit ako sa sunod na uwi ko ng 1245, will need to really take the taxi (pay 400-500), or the jeep (100) then take a bus to Manila.  Compare this prices with the Trinoma shuttle na 250 pesos, hay.

May nakapagtravel na po ba here via NAIA Terminal 1 recently? Okay na po ba ang airconditioning system nila?

^havent travelled lately pero if its naia 1, it should be the same as before siguro...minsan nagana and minsan hindi...swertihan pa kung matsambahan mo na may leak at may nakaabang na timba sa ilalim

^^About Terminal 1, I was there 2 weeks ago. May improvement naman sa airconditioning system but that was on Easter Sunday, di gaano kadami tao so it could be a factor. Toilets were clean too. Ayaw ko na lang mag-expect too much sa check in process which I think still needs improvement. My airline started checking in 2 hours before the flight, and most passengers were already there for 3 to 4 hours. 

Sorry, di ko lang gusto food options doon. Baka alam na ng madami but Jollibee delivers sa Departure area starting at 9am but natapos agad ako sa check in so I went to their store sa arrival area to have Chicken Joy and Jolly Dog, just a 10 minute walk. The information desk was helpful, you can use their phone to order.

Sa Terminal 3 naman sana lawakan ang barrier between sa mga sumasalubong and dumadating. Nahirapan lang naman ako lumabas because nakaharang mga sumasalubong. Natarayan ko pa ang ilan doon and ayaw talagang umalis para lang makalabas ako. Nakipagbanggaan na lang ako.

Surprised too na wala na ang fixed rate white vans sa arrival. I used them last year to go to Eastwood and was charged 950 pesos. Three weeks ago, hindi na pala sila nakapila doon, someone approached me about them and the charge was 1950 pesos. No choice but to use them nang makita ko pila for the regular taxis. They issued me a receipt anyway.

^Have you tried Nissan Rentacar? They're pretty reliable. That's the service we use every time we leave (pick up). Or in case we arrive during peak hours and we know na ubusan ang yellow metered or even the white flat-rate taxis (Nissan din yata 'to but for walk-ins), we book them online.

how much rate nila sis? We're just from bf homes paranaque and going to terminal 3

^^not sure about BF Homes Paranaque but they charge us Php415 for pick up and Php330 for transfer from Merville to T3 and vv. Medyo mahal but we're after the reliability specially sa pick up. You can check their website as provided by Kristalle above and inquire about their rates. They're not stated in the website so you have to ask them. Mabilis naman sila sumagot.

Na curios ako dun sa Nissan Rent A Car na yan kase yan ang lagi kong concern everytime na mag travel since nagmahal ang parking sa NAIA.
I inquired about their Airport Coupon Taxi Services fixed rate daw nila from Q.C. to NAIA is Php925.00 while NAIA to Q.C. is Php740.00. You can choose a sedan or innova for the same rate. You can book / reserve daw in advance and payment option is credit card or cash to be paid sa driver. Para sa akin mukhang okay din ito lalo na kung mga 4 pax kayo maghahati-hati. Usual taxi fare kase namin from our place is mga Php350 to Php400 depending on the traffic.

Dami ba nagbago sa Mactan International Airport? Parang medyo naligaw ligaw ako sa loob nung dumaan kami dun yesterday (connecting flight). January of this year ako huli andun pero parang medyo naguluhan ako ~ parang andaming biglang may pader.

Pinaiwan yung shampoo ko 500ml lang naman kaso hand carried bag lang kasi ako ~ ganon ba talaga? Even mineral water pinaiwan papasok ng boarding area ~ this I don't get; may mga nag titinda naman ng bottled water sa boarding area.

^hanggang 100ml per container ang allowed sa handcarry that would include mineral water bottles. After security (pre-dep/boarding gate) allowed magbenta ng mineral water so you can buy there na. The logic here is yung mga nagbebenta sa loob are accredited by the airport authorities and all their merchandise dumaan ng security check.

^ in any airport naman, any liquid in excess of 100ml e hindi pwede sa hand-carry.. except perhaps for breastmilk, necessary meds, and other infant food..

My friend has tried Nissan Rent a Car. From T3-Multinational Village, it's 150 pesos daw.
For those who usually avail this service, do you still tip the driver? Was just curious.

For those of you who are living in the South (Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, Laguna), there is a shuttle that goes straight to Terminal 3 from the Dimple Star Bus Terminal in Alabang (near Metropolis/ StarMall). Fare's 40 pesos. Leaves hourly from 6am.

@marbleslice, sis baka nagkamali yung friend mo. Multinational and Merville (where I live) is in the same zone lang. I pay Php330 but I round it up to Php350 para tip for the driver.
