Identical sila if Monochorionic. It means, late sila nag split into 2 and they are formed in 1 placenta. Since Diamniotic, it means 2 amniotic fluid.

I am di-di = non-identical (girls pa). Mas high risk if Mo-Mo (mono-mono) kasi they share the placenta and amniotic fluid and more chances in siamese twins.

But, your twins are the ideal true blue - identical twins with the same gender! Exciting!!!

Thanks mga sis. Sabi nga sa net its identical pero may nabasa din ako na may chance na fraternal but mostly said that its identical. Natatakot na nga ako magbasa sa net because of twin to twin transfusion syndrome,  or yung siamese , pag 2 separate sacs naman di naman kaya magkaganon? So di nako aasa na magkakaroon ako ng boy and girl twin.

^mono-di din ang twins ko. Nung una, worried na worried ako dyan sa TTTS. Pero medyo nakalma ako nung nakikita ko via u/s that both babies are growing well. Don't dwell on it too much, be positive and pray that your twins will be fine.

Like you, i wanted b/g twins pero since mono-di sila, identical talaga.

tama sis, stop (or lessen) reading too much sad stories about twins. Kahit naman anung pregnancy is life changing and there are risks but, being a high risk (na nga!) - being positive (and also cautious din) will help a lot.

Yeah i should not worry that much and think positively. Wag na masyado magbasa sa internet ng mga complications.

Mga sis , ni refer pa ba kayo sa perinatalogist? Need ba talaga natin magpa check up sa perinat or a regular OB will do.

EDD based on LMP ko is Nov. 26, hehe... magkasabay lang halos tayo... pero last utz ko na move ng Nov. 20.  Pati nausea evening siya very severe diko alam kung anong week ako noon. pero ang alam ko, during holy week na yun and ayaw ko maglalabas masyado ng gabi dahil ibang-iba ang feeling ko. Pero no suka moment during my first trimester... musta na twins mo, excited na ako sa gender nila.

gusto ko nga tanong sa pathology kung fused placenta lang ba sila (just to satisfy my curiousity) kasi fraternal talaga sila. magkaiba ang puyo (si Twin B 2 puyo!), maputi yung isa, yung isa di masyado, singkit yung isa, yung isa malaki mata. yung isa bilugan ang mukha, yung isa pointed ang chin at phaba mukha.

Sis, ok naman un CAs ko kanina. Me konti na ko nabili like beddings etc, mga clothes nalang, blankets etc nalang need ko, more on mga susuotin nalang. Baka next month nalang. Me bottles na din ako nabili.

^^ sis baka infused placenta or sac? Nabanggit kasi yun ng perinologist kanina nun nag cas ako. Pag ganun fraternal daw. Grabe... D pa pala sure [textspeak!] pag ganun, wait na lang talaga pag lumabas

Hi! Im a first time mom to be and surprised na we'll be having twins! Had our first checkup and ultrasound last jun5 and i was 5 wks 5 days pregnant na daw. Then identical daw plus monochorionic and monoamnionic. Ive been reading about momo twins and ito pala yung pinaka high risk, not to mention may hypertension pako. Is it possible na it's too early pa kaya momo ang reading? Im really praying na hindi momo.


Im really scared. Nagspotting pako a few days before that first check up so dami kong iniinom na gamot now. Then bed rest for 2 weeks so nagleave muna from work. Tendency is to read so much stuff sa internet - minsan what i read makes me super excited but sometimes makes me scared naman. Dami talaga naiisip!

And then during that first ultrasound, wala pang heartbeats. At how many weeks ba dapat may heartbeat na? Im having my 2nd ultrasound tomorrow and hopefully maging ok naman ang lahat! Im really excited and nervous as well. ☺😒

Sis I don't think there are secrets to having twins.  It really depends on your family history, and in some cases like having IVF can increase your chance.  But of course there are no guarantees.

nagspot ako 2 days ago less than 5 weeks nakalagay sa gestational sac kaya nakita ng sonologist na fraternal twins. wala pa yolk sac too early pa daw. bed rest  kinakabahan ako kasi apart from them may subchronic hemmorhage ako. repeat scan on thurs.
