to be honest sis hindi ko din talaga alam super sugal kasi ito..a friend of mine who did this strategy is that wag lang daw mapili sa work ok na daw iyon....ang dami ko lang what ifs kasi nga we will be borrowing lang din kung sakali...

@Princess_Chill: Yes sis, basta wag mapili sa work, kayang-kaya naman daw. I think it's also important to learn some skills before ka pumunta dun, ex. driving kasi it helps sa paghahanap mo later ng part-time job. If meron kang alam na short-term courses sa TESDA or other training institutions, try to check them too. I think, with your qualification, madali ka lang makakahanap dun ng part-time job sis.

Hi sisses. Recently bf and I became interested to work and live in Australia. Mind if I ask if graduate ng BS CompSci but with 10 years work experience in Graphic Designing, what course ang pwedeng kunin? I'm not sure if this skill is in demand there now but we still want to try.

Hi everyone, my husband decided to study in Australia next year. I'm contemplating if my baby and I will go with him or if mag stay muna kami dito sa Philippines then susunod na lang after 2 years pag tapos na studies ni hubby.

Supposed to be ako ang mag study and bring ko si hubby but I got pregnant so na halt muna ang Australia plans namin. But now interested na ulit kami pumunta dun pero si hubby na ang mauna then susunod na lang kami ni baby. Is my decision ok? please help me decide. TIA!

Thanks, yukishih and birchtree. Sa TAFE lang si hubby mag study. Sa Brisbane kami if ever matuloy. Kapag sumama kami ni baby kay hubby, under student visa din ako, right? kailangan ko pa ba kumuha ng IELTS if si hubby lang ang mag study?

Sino dito ang nasa Brisbane? How much does it cost to live there (with a baby)?

@baby_corey: You don't need to take the IELTS test na sis kasi dependant ka ni hubby. As a dependant, you can study up to 3 months.

@birchtree sis sa sydney kasi may ka kilala kami dun and dun ako titira. Hindi pa ako nakakapag ielts pero gagawin ko na soon. Sana ma approve.. Lahat ba ng certificate like diploma, tor, need pa ipa red ribbon?

Hi, Sis. Same lang. Bridging is non award and medyo strict sila sa pagtanggap ng applicants requirement experience at least 2 years. 1 year is award program may diploma after. Both programs can lead to div 1 RN.

My bf wanted to study in Australia and he proposed to me today. He wanted to marry me and bring me there. Problem is I have a son. Pwede ko bang madala son ko? Also, may girltalker ba dito same situation kasama family and eventually nag PR na si hubby?

^wow sis, congrats! i'm not sure kung tama ako pero i think hindi siya pwede dalhin kasi hindi siya dependent ng bf mo. unless iaadopt sya ni bf. pero kung ikaw ang main applicant pwede silang dalawa.

I see. Also sino po ba yung mga International Students na nakapag work after studying? My bf ( now fiance) wants to take courses na IT --- same course nung nag college kami dito sa Pinas. Hindi kasi pwedeng ako, naisip ko pwede akong magwork as cash on hand maliban sa 40 hours per fortnight. Sabi daw dapat in demand na course. Napapagisip tuloy kami. Any girltalkers na nasa Australia na?

^ Sis just a piece of advice, never ever do cash on hand. Maraming nahuhuli dito nag ka-cash on hand. Pinauuwi diretso sa airport passport lang ang dala at kung ano suot mo yun na kapag nahuli ka. Im graduating this year as a teacher. Ang bilis ng panahon tiyaga lang talaga. Goodluck to everyone.
