may nakita na kaming room for rent at hindi kami makapag decide, I have talked to the owner na habang papalapit napakahirap mag decide, ayaw din naman kasi namin ng palipat lipat
eto mga choices:
1. pinoy owner, tenants are all pinoy, malayo sa bus stop, worry namin dito baka kasi ako lang mag isa umuwi at hindi kami magkasabay ng husband ko baka kasi hindi safe, yung bus stop lalabas ka pa sa highway at ang layo check ko sa google maps, shared bathroom, rent is $250(all in), address is blair athol, 25 mins to city
2. iba iba lahi yung mga tenants, 5 bedroom, 1 minute walk sa bus stop so malapit lang talaga, ensuite bathroom, $220 (all in), 15 mins to city, address is croydon park
3. Unilodge property, kent town address so sa downtown bale, parang dorm sya, private bathroom, $200 (Internet not included), free na bus since sa downtown na sya and malapit lang sa rundle mall where my school is located
4. location sa Magill, 10-15 mins to city, bus stop in front of the house, shared bathroom, brand new house, along hiway, $180 + $20 utilities
choice namin sa ngayun ay yung sa croydon park since may own bathroom at malapit lang sa bus stop, malapit lang din sa city, next choice is unilodge coz within downtown na kaso not a house, coin operated yung laundry at parang boarding house sya, then yung sa magill eto super ok sana kasi nasa labas ng house mismo yung bus stop
yung sa pinoy owner, medyo nag iba decision namin dun coz of the bus stop eh pero ok sana para makapag build kami agad ng network among pinoys
sayo sis, ano opinion mo? nov 5 na flight namin until now nahihirapan kami sa accomodation, sana within this week makapili na kami
