after two years siguro kasi nagrelease sila ng in demand jobs for pr.. wala course ko dun so i think am going to take accounting kasi parang never naman na hindi naging in demand yun

My parents are coming with me para magvacation na rin muna while helping me sa pag adjust so ang balak namin, yung mga maleta nila, andun lahat ng gamit ko tpos they'll put their stuff sa hand-carry bags ...   May nakita ako dati: http://www.sevenseasworldwide.com/homepage/default.aspx but PHILIPPINES is not included. =(

caution lang sa mga nag aapply thru IDP here in Cebu ha. I was misled kasi into believing that I should be taking the BN(P) program that runs for a year kasi it's my only option daw. however, i had the gut feeling that I wasn't being provided correct info so i did my own research...only to find out that the program offered to me was only good for those who didn't get a 7 in each skill for the ielts exam. My best option would be the IRON program which only runs for 12 weeks. Here's more..
when I called my agent asking about the IRON if it will make me eligible as Div 1 nurse or a registered nurse in AUstralia, he said it will not. But when I checked the website of the nursing body of Australia, it was clearly indicated that it would make me eligible as Aus RN.. hmmm...

 i just want to clarify na if you applied a course na in demand during that time, then after two years, the list changed. Tama ba na you will be considered based on the list existed during the time of your first enrolment.

^regarding the courses in the skills list, yeah its true that it the list could change in two years time but the immigration usually exempt those who are already holder of student visa during the transition to apply on the basis of the previous arrangement.  But studying here is always a gamble, there is no sure way.  If you can, choose the course that would unlikely be taken out from the list like professionals and medical courses.  Unlikely since there are still heaps of skilled workers needed in those industries.

hmm....may I just say that it's not good to base your choice of course alone on the 'demand list'.. as far as I know, choose what suites you. Enjoy what you like and not consider it as a 'work' someday.

my chosen course which is Pharmacy was removed from the list and my 2nd choice chemical engineering is on the new list.. still, I'll pursue my Pharmacy course. For the first 2 years of study here in the Phil, I've enjoyed so much about it. Also a good way to have a Postgrad which mostly in the 'demand list'. I might consider continuing ChemEng someday after pharmacy.. haha

whatever, things change and will on the future.. what matters now is what I want to be.
