i've read somewhere that to achieve the whitening effect, 3-4 caps daw dapat a day;
so okay lang ba na 2 caps in the morning + 500 Fern-C and then 2 caps sa evening+500 Fern-C?

Hi is 1000mg enough to achieve the whitening effect? So that's 2 capsules a day + Vitamin C capsules? It's my first time to take met and I'm just 5'6" weighing around 60 kgs. I don't know if 2000mg a day would be enough. Any inputs?

^May 125mg vitC ang Met. Pero hindi enough yun kaya you still have to take it with 500mg vit c.

250mg gluta amount ng met kaya dapat doble yung vitC.

ask ko lang... first time ko to take MET kasi, ah meron bang side effect sa inyo na sinisikmura kayo?
I take MEt once a day lang since trial ko palang to, pang 4 caps ko palang pero ganito na yung naramdaman ko... sinisikmura ako always at ang hapdi sa tyan parang gastric pain... naexperinece nyo rin ba to?

I have tried glutathione before wala naman ganitong effect sakin, but I forgot ko na kung what specific name nung gluta since yung kawork ko lang nagbenta nun sakin, effective sya sakin... kaso that was long before. kaya nagtry ako mag MET now...

remember all glutathione brands have one thing in common which is glutathione itself. If for you gluta causes weight gain then what will be the difference if you buy another brand of gluta? Most of the girls I know, when they take vit C it triggers their appetite to increase. So pwedeng vit C ang cause why youre gaining weight

...Hi im confused first time ko kasi gagamitin met na caps but sa soap un ang gamit ko and yet effective naman,  ask ko lang sna kung before or after meal ba iinumin yung caps. thanks..

Kahapon lang ako nakabili ng 10 capsules ng met and when I tried it, pinakiramdaman ko talaga sarili ko kung may mangangati especially iyong mukha ko. Nothing occurs naman na hindi maganda, even iyong appetite ko eh hindi naman tumaas tulad sa mosbeau.

Namuti ako sa met 2 mos ko lang ginamit, bumalik yung dating color ko.pero hinde naman as in super puti na OA naman  kase once a day lang  ,antioxidant ko lang.
