MET talaga proven na.high school pa lang ako mahilig na ako sa mga whitening soap at lotion at pag may bago try ko talaga kaya sa oral gluta alam ko na rin ang effective dahil halos natry ko na ang nsa local market. mas ok if twice or thrice a day ang met bilis ang effect pero since tipid mode ako once a day muna ok naman sya glowing parin ako at d naman ako naitim..maintenance ko na sya. i cant live without MET na talaga..

Very effective ang met. Sa lahat ng gluta na tinake ko at pinagtyagaan, sa met lang talaga ako pumuti at nagglowl very evident sa pictures. Iba yung puti compared sa mga born na fair skin na talaga.

But ang mahal kasi eh. So i stopped taking it, right now im trying ph338. 2 months na smooth skin lang napala ko.

Hey guys! I just wanna share my experience with Metathione.

It doesnt work unfortunately. Ive been taking it religiously starting from the day i bought it at mercury drug. 4x a day pa since its the recommended dosage intake to achieve the whitening effect pero after 2 weeks of taking it wala [textspeak!] effect kahit softer skin man lang as per their website say.

Regimen:

 4 x met + 1000mg vit C a day 

Met is really expensive compared to other Gluta brands, this is just a reminder that met is definitely not for everyone. For the first time users of glutathione or for those who are still planning, I would suggest trying a different brand of gluta first before taking met. TY


Update:

I switched to Como skin gluta which has 500 mg reduced gluta so 2x a day lang sya. Mas cheaper and my skin is so smooth so far and two tone fairer.

hiyangan lang siguro. nagtry din ako ng cosmo before. i finished 2 and half bottle of cosmo. parang nawala yung glow ko from taking met. tapos i tried kb, thionex, mosbeau, ph338. waley effect.

it's been almost a year since nag met ako, maputi pa rin naman ako, kaso nagkakaroon ako ng pimples. kaya gusto ko bumalik sa met. and i want to get that glowing healthy white look!

Sis pwede ka pong bumili ng tingi mapa watson man or mercury. For me kasi super hiyang ako sa Met and i really love the effect on my skin. I've taken Met religiously for 5 months up until now. Rosy white ang effect niya sakin and super smooth ng skin ko. Sakin kasi wala akong napapansin na difference nung first month, mejo nadisappoint ako then tinuloy tuloy ko lang up until second month, dun ko na napansin na nagsmooth na yung balat ko tska kapag kinukurot ko yung cheeks ko pula na siya agad or kaya kapag lumuluhod ako kahit saglit lang (kapag nagsisimbakasi tpos nakadress ako pagkatayo ko dun sa luhuran pula na agad siya) dati kasi hindi ganun. I love the effect talaga sa skin ko. Before 2x a day pero ngayon 4x a day na and nakakasilaw na yung skin ko lalo na kapag natatamaan ako ng araw. I love Met talaga.

mga sis i'm taking met almost two weeks na, 2caps a day. so far maganda naman ang effect. smooth nga talaga although sa whitening wala pa kong napapansin sa balat ko. haha i just wana ask kung  nakaexperience ba kayo ng nawala yun mga scars nyo after using met? i hope someone answers

^ i do testify to that sis, dahan dahan niyang nilighten yung pimple scars ko. Ang maganda kasi sa Met malimit lang yung may maririnig kang comment na nagkapimples sila or may purging stage. Tska patience lang talaga kaylangan sa Met kasi gradual lang yung paglighten ng skin. Im almost on my 15th or 16th bottle na, halos di ko na din mabilang, parang hindi kasi kumpleto araw ko kapag walang gluta . 4x a day ako sis kaya ang bilis ko makaubos ng isang bottle and mejo nakakabutas ng bulsa.

ako sis if ever combo ko cya sa L-cysteine o ph. bale 2tabs ph or 4 tabs L-cysteine per day combo with 1 tab met..makikita ko pa dn ba results nun?

i tried cosmo at di hiyang, it gave me pimples and acne..ganon din kaya sa met na almost same content sila ng cosmo, ALA and vit c?

^ sis vainmom magwowork naman siguro yung Met kung icocombo mo sa ph or l-cysteine. Lalo na kung hiyang ka either dun sa dalawa. Di ko pa kasi natry magcombo ng gluta eh.

Minsan kasi sis kahit sabihin natin na pareho lang content ng gluta, magkaiba pa rin sila ng manufacturing at manufacturer.
